As our granddaughter prepares to graduate from Princess Close Early Years Service at the end of this year and begin her exciting journey to Prep, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to this wonderful childcare centre.<br>From the friendly and welcoming staff at reception, to the caring educators in every room, and the hardworking kitchen and cleaning staff, we have always been impressed by the kindness, patience and professionalism shown to the children and their families.<br>Communication with families is excellent. Whether something is big or small, the staff are always attentive, responsible and willing to communicate openly and promptly. As grandparents, this gives us great confidence and peace of mind.<br>A special mention must also go to the wonderful kitchen team. The children are offered such a lovely variety of meals each day — nutritious, colourful and thoughtfully prepared. It is clear that a great deal of care goes into making food that is not only healthy, but also genuinely enjoyable for young children.<br>Perhaps the best compliment of all comes from our granddaughter herself: she is always excited to go to childcare! ❤️ To us, there is no better sign that a child feels happy, safe, loved and comfortable in the place where she spends her day.<br>Thank you to everyone at Princess Close Early Years Service for giving our granddaughter such a happy and nurturing early childhood experience. We are so happy with Princes Close! Our son loves going there every day. The huge outdoor play area is fantastic and the centre’s location next to the park makes it beautifully quiet with no traffic noise.<br>Chef Enzo’s food is amazing - genuinely some of the best children’s centre meals we’ve seen. The educators are all warm, helpful and very attentive.<br>Their learning program is excellent - the kids learn through play in such a smart and engaging way. We’ve seen great progress in our son’s development and confidence.<br>Couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!

We attended this center part-time for a month. While the management team was generally okay, we had a very difficult experience with the teacher in the room. My daughter is a picky eater, and instead of supporting her, the teacher repeatedly forced early pickups. At first, I thought my daughter was just being a "cry baby," but she now attends a different childcare center where she is perfectly happy and doesn't cry at all. I’ve realized the issue was the environment here. The teacher was incredibly inflexible—often telling me at the 9:00–10:30 AM drop-off that I had to be back by 12:30 PM if she didn't eat. They even called my husband at work once while I was already on my way. If your child doesn't fit their "perfect" routine, this center is not supportive.

the kid went here for about 3 months in the baby room. Settled well, helped by the efforts of the teachers. based on this limited experience, leaving a 5*, as kid would be still attending had we not moved interstate temporarily. One thing to note is that the design of the centre is such that kids spend a lot of time outdoors, so make sure you are comfortable with that.

My 4yo has been attending here for about 4months now, the receptionist staff were very eager to help me with any questions or queries along the way of enrolling and the educators have really helped with the transition. Really do trust that my sons in a safe place when I drop him off... Would highly recommend this place to any parent!!!

As any first-time Mum, I was worried about how my 12 month old daughter would settle at daycare but with the help of the caring, attentive staff at Princes Close she settled in easily, sleeps and eats well and loves attending. The Educators are consistent, kind and caring towards our daughters needs - and I feel fully confident leaving my daughter in their care. Thanks to all the lovely Educators, Reception staff, and chef at Princes Close.

Both of our children have attended Princes Close and we love it. The staff are so friendly and care about the children--and it's been lovely to have the staff be so consistent that some staff have watched both kids grow from tiny baby into big kids/preppies. The whole center was so supportive during all the lockdowns. I could not recommend this center highly enough--they're amazing!

We've had great experiences at Princes Close with both our kids, one of whom is still attending. The educators are attentive and professional, and our kids always come home happy (and sometimes don't want to leave!). With two working parents, Princes Close has been a lifesaver as a safe and welcoming place for them to spend their days.

Our 1 year old son has been attending Princes Close Childcare Centre for 6 months and I couldn't recommend them more highly. He settled in well from the very first week I believe due to the caring, attentive and experienced staff who made what can be a challenging period for any child starting at childcare into a highly positive one. Particular highlights of this centre include the consistency of the staff who know the children very well, the excellent chef and the lovely environment with an enormous outside space for the kids to explore. We definitely feel we made the right choice in selecting Princes Close.
