Both of my children have attended this centre and it is has been a wonderful place for them. The children are encouraged to explore their interests with a wide range of toys, learning spaces and activities. I particularly appreciate the amount of outdoor/nature based play they get to do. The staff are lovely and greet my children with warmth. This is a lovely centre and I would recommend it for anyone one looking for a positive, caring environment for their children

Both of my sons have attended this childcare and preschool, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. After looking at a number of centres, we chose this one because of the genuine family feel, play-based learning, and amazing outdoor space (sandpit and mud kitchen!). The staff are so lovely, and it’s been reassuring to see many of the same familiar faces over the past 7 years. Highly recommend!

Our child is attending the Uniting Grantham heights for nearly two years now. The environment is positive and caring, lovely staff, and our personal feedback including constructive feedback is always taken onboard and acted upon which I highly appreciated. Highly recommended..

I had a very wonderful and valuable placement experience at this center. The educators and staff were very supportive, welcoming, and encouraging throughout my journey. A special thank you to my mentor, Fahima, for her continuous guidance, patience, and encouragement. She supported me in developing my confidence, understanding children’s learning, and improving my professional skills in early childhood education. During my placement, I learned about inquiry-based learning and how children learn through exploration, questioning, and hands-on experiences. I also gained strong knowledge about the planning cycle, writing observations, learning stories, reflections, and creating meaningful experiences based on children’s interests and development. One of the things I appreciated most was the way the educators treated the children with kindness, respect, care, and patience. The centre creates a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to express themselves confidently. It was beautiful to observe the positive relationships between educators and children every day. If anyone is looking for a placement centre, this is a great place to learn and grow professionally in early childhood education. The team provides excellent support and opportunities to understand practical teaching strategies, documentation, and children’s learning in a real educational setting. I am truly grateful for this amazing opportunity and thankful to the entire team for making my placement experience positive, supportive, and memorable.

About Uniting Grantham Heights Early Learning Seven Hills

Supporting families for more than 10 years
Since 2009, Uniting Grantham Heights Early Learning Seven Hills has been welcoming children aged 2 to 5 years, providing high‑quality early learning and preschool education. Located on Dharug land in a quiet residential street, our long day care centre in Seven Hills offers a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel supported to grow and learn.

An inclusive and community‑connected centre

Many of our educators are multilingual, reflecting the cultural diversity of the Seven Hills and Blacktown community. This creates a warm environment where children and families feel safe, respected and understood.
We maintain strong local connections through community outreach programs such as Hands and Feet, alongside partnerships with local organisations that enrich learning and strengthen children’s sense of belonging in Western Sydney.

Supporting every stage of development

Our educators take a care‑based approach for toddlers, supporting communication, physical development, and social and emotional wellbeing. For preschoolers, learning is extended through open‑ended play and structured experiences, including our popular Bush Kindy program, which encourages curiosity, independence and confidence.

Natural and engaging learning spaces

Our stimulating indoor learning environments and natural outdoor spaces inspire creativity and exploration. Children may learn about native plants in our bush tucker garden, care for our worm farm, or become little explorers during regular excursions. Our programs help children develop the skills they need for a smooth and confident transition to school.

Take a tour to meet our educators and see us in action — we look forward to welcoming you and your family.
