My daughter started at the Alphabet Academy at 4 months old. All the staff were all very welcoming and helped her transition and settle in well. She loves going to school everyone and enjoys her time with her educators and peers. The centre is always clean and the staff are all very welcoming. The staff always work hard to communicate and strive to meet any needs or concerns I may have. I could not recommended the Alphabet Academy enough!

This place is so clean! When I changed to this service my daughter hardly every got sick. She was sick every 1-2 weeks for 7 months at her old daycare. It was life changing. They do a lot of cleaning and if there ever is a case of gastro it’s always contained. I’ve never had a case of gastro from this centre. Just the old head cold every few months. They have an amazing family feel at this centre, the owner is fantastic and the staff are loving towards my daughter. The turnover of staff is very low as well which means the workers are happy and looked after as well. We have great communication with the team. Most importantly my daughter loves the team and squeals with excitement when i tell her we are going to daycare each day. I couldn’t hope for anything better.
