Honestly if I could give this place 100 stars I would! Gill and Ebony in management are absolutely phenomenal. My child has had competent, kind and professional educators every year in the three years we have attend this centre. Leaving your child with your first daycare can be a nerve wracking experience but I am so glad that we chose and trusted this place to guide, teach and nourish our child. I don’t think any of place could have measured as highly as this centre. I’ve heard of horror stories from friends with children at other centres on the coast. I am so relieved we were blessed by this centre. Sad to leave to go to big school.

This Centre is in an incredible location and run by the most down to earth and beautiful people. The kids love it here and the educators are very trusting, attentive and welcoming. Ebony is one who goes above and beyond for the kids and the centre which really shows whenever we have been around. Receptionists are always professional and caring. Definitely recommend this Learning Centre to anyone looking for a genuine place for their kids. Well worth it! Love your work guys! 😁

Fantastic centre. Evie’s educators Miss Jen and Miss Cherie have been so warm and welcoming and helped her settle in well. Susan and Gill always friendly and helpful. Sad we have to leave this centre as we are moving and just hope we can find a centre as great with such wonderful staff as Willow Mudgeeraba. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful centre! Very professional and organised! Susan is very welcoming. Thanks to Amber and Gill for making things run smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our visit and cannot wait to see children again at the end of the year!

We had a lovely experience at Willow ELC and are sad to leave only due to moving interstate. Every morning we, and our daughter, were welcomed so warmly by both the management staff and all the wonderful educators. This was so comforting being first time parents feeling the normal initial anxiousness around leaving our daughter at daycare. The rapport our daughter built with her educators was so lovely to witness. She settled in very quickly and her development skyrocketed in her time at Willow. Very thankful to have had the opportunity to meet the Willow ELC team.

I could not be any prouder of the team we have. We aim continuously to meet the needs of every child in our service. I wish we could meet everyone's needs and make each and everyday perfect. I had a terrible experience with this childcare centre. They were not willing to support my child's need even after agreeing, which significantly disrupted his sleep and our family life. The children are not managed properly, I would regularly see children being aggressive towards one another and to the animals kept in the centre and this was not stopped. I also witnessed a child go missing within the centre. I would not recommend this centre as I only received excuses or denials for my complaints rather then helpful resolutions.
