Next week will be my daughter’s last week at daycare for BSC. Thank you to the lovely staff for all the care, support, and kindness. Whenever we had a concern, Scott would always address them promptly. We have really appreciated everything. Highly recommend.

Bright Sparks is like a second home for my daughter. The educators are so loving and nurturing, and she’s always excited to go. I’ve seen her grow in confidence and happiness every day. Couldn’t be more grateful!

We have been with bright sparks since our son was 6 months. The staff there were always very attentive and caring. We love the photos we get throughout the week of the cool things our boy gets to do. Highly recommend the Owners Scott and Tara are amazing. Our son has loved his time there and is always excited to return everyday.

My daughter has been going to Bright Sparks for over a year and they have been absolutely wonderful. They have helped her grow and learn so much and her confidence has excelled massively. As a parent with a child who has an allergy this centre have been so amazing in ensuring her health and safety is a priority. They have always actioned very fast in serious situations. We unfortunately will be leaving the centre soon due to moving house but it has definitely been difficult trying to find a centre that compares to the level of care and attention to detail at Bright Sparks. My daughter and I have both made great relationships with the staff and we will be very sad to leave!

Absolutely wonderful daycare which is highly recommended by all my family. Our child is very happy here. It is by far the best daycare we have come across. We all wish we'd have found this one earlier so our daughter could have enjoyed her time in daycare just the same as our son. The staff are always friendly. We have had occasions where our son has had separation anxiety, the staff have been brilliant dealing with this which shows in the confidence our son now has and also the bonds we can see between the educators and our child. He tells us those educators are some of his best friends. He is always happy when we collect him at the end of the day with having such a great time there and fills us in with some of the activities they have been doing. Our son will soon be leaving to start school which is both an exciting yet sad time for him as I have no doubt he will miss all his friends and educators here. My son Jevarn had been going here since he was around 10 months I believe, and all I can say is the team at Bright Sparks are amazing! They have shown love support and we have built relationships with the educators that have made the journey with them all that much better. They do amazing jobs everyone of them and we applaud them for all thier love they have shown Jevarn and us and all the funny laughs shared together on who's Jevarns favourite educator and everyone fighting over who he likes more 🤣 when we all agreed he loves Wesley the most haha. My son is now on his new journey to kindy so we are leaving bright Sparks behind but I want to thank all of you for the great years we shared and for welcoming us into your space i know it hasn't always been easy with Jevarn as he is on the autistic spectrum but your efforts and love to him is seen by us. Also want to say to Scott Humphries you have been an absolute gem all these years, very informative and respond quick to any concerns I have had so we thank you Scott, really you have taught myself alot over the years and helped us alot. We would like to thank you all for Jevarns time spent here and we will see you again soon when our daughter enrolls and becomes part of the bright Sparks family 😊Amazing group of people amazing centre we recommend you guys 100% to anyone who wishes to enrol here. Highly recommend! High quality care good communication with parents culturl consideration and more.provide hallal food for muslim children. I was lucky enough to be place at Bright Sparks for prac .All staff at this centre treat with kindnes .love and respect.Scottand Tara provide support for their staff . I highly recommend for parents who looking for exellent quality day care .

The care and attention my daughter received at Bright Sparks ELC was amazing. My daughter bonded well with many of the educators and best of all the activities they provided were educational. I love it when she picks up a new song, other than the 'wheels on the bus'. Communication with the educators and with Scott were great as well. 👍
