Hi, I am Sikay. I provide nurturing, learning-focused family day care for children aged 6 months to 5 years, as well as out-side-school-hour care for school-aged children.

My goal is to create a calm, home-like environment where children feel secure, loved and genuinely engaged in learning. I encourage children to think, ask questions, communicate their ideas, solve problems and gradually become confident and independent learners—while keeping learning playful and age-appropriate.

Our days include hands-on play, early literacy and numeracy, STEM exploration, creative projects, gardening, cooking, outdoor play and real-world experiences. There is no screen time, ever.

A little about me:

After several years working in IT, I felt called to create a nurturing space where children are known, loved and encouraged to grow. I am a qualified early childhood educator with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Bachelor of Management Sciences. As a mum myself, I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences while giving children the time, freedom and support to develop at their own pace.
