Small Ratios, Meaningful Relationships

Our Nursery operates with a 1:3 educator-to-child ratio, providing individualised care and support for our youngest learners. The Nursery is also a dedicated no-shoe environment, creating a clean and hygienic space for babies to safely crawl, explore, and grow. In our 3–5-year-old learning environments, we provide additional educators above standard staffing requirements to ensure every child receives the support they need to flourish.

School Readiness and Enrichment

We are proud of our strong partnership with Carol Park State School, supporting children to transition confidently into Prep. Children also enjoy enriching experiences including hands-on cooking with our onsite chef and a summer swimming program that helps build water confidence and safety skills.

All-Inclusive Care

Led by Centre Manager Karyn, who brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Gardenia Ellen Grove provides a welcoming and supportive environment for children and families.

Daily fees include fresh nutritious meals prepared onsite, nappies, linen, hats, Gardenia uniform shirts, sunscreen, and a complimentary barista-made coffee or tea for families each morning.
