I cannot recommend One Early Education Mernda highly enough! From the moment I first walked in, I knew it was the perfect place for my child. The facility itself is modern, clean, and incredibly engaging, but it is the staff that truly sets this centre apart. They are exceptionally professional, deeply caring, and always go above and beyond to ensure my child feels safe, supported, and nurtured.<br>Seeing how excited my child is to attend every single day brings me so much peace of mind. The communication is fantastic, the learning programs are thoughtfully planned, and the overall atmosphere is just so warm and welcoming. In my opinion, this is hands-down the best centre in Mernda. I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful community—if you are looking for a place where your child will thrive, be truly happy, look no further!

I’m disappointed with the overall experience at this centre. Even though it’s newly opened, the staff already seem unorganised and disconnected. Communication feels rushed, and some educators don’t appear genuinely engaged with the children.<br>The atmosphere doesn’t feel calm or structured, and basic interactions come across as inattentive or unprofessional. For a new centre, you’d expect enthusiasm and strong standards, but that’s not what I’ve seen.<br>I hope management seriously reviews staff training and daily practices, because families deserve a much higher level of care than what’s currently being delivered.

I would not recommend any parent to place their children at this centre based on my experience. I have serious concerns about the level of supervision, communication and overall safety practices. There have been situations that made me question whether children were being adequately supervised and whether concerns were being addressed appropriately.<br><br>Would highly not recommend sending your children here .

Fatima is outstanding, such a bright and bubbly person who truly enjoys what she does. Highly recommend going for a tour you wont be dissapointed.

From the educators, facilities and play spaces, this is a beautiful centre. Fatima the centre manager is amazing and has a genuine love and care for children. If your looking for a centre that values children's learning, saftey and wants to have fun, then this is the place to go!

I recently just stopped by here for a chat and look around. It is a brand new centre and I was meet by an educator, that was a previous teacher for my child at the YMCA. My child loved her!! So this was already a nice surprise. I was so impressed by the centre and its answers. I had some STICKY questions I needed to ask and it was received so well. I was given very clear answers, and my questions were not judged but UNDERSTOOD! I received a lot of transparency and I went home that day and filled out forms for my child to move over to this centre.<br>Fatima, the centre manager is one of the most amazing people you will meet. She is incredibly warm and open and transparent. I know I have made a wonderful decision for my child. I am so happy that I randomly decided to stop in.<br>💕💕💕📚🛝

Fatima was very helpful, extremely lovely and welcoming. She was also thorough with the procedures and made me felt absolutely comfortable with the whole tour. Jordyn was also as sweet. She was very honest and thorough with her role and recommendations on how i could improve our daughter with her tummy time including toys and supporting cushions ideas that we could implement at home. We live closer to a different childcare center, the fee there is also lower but we ended up choosing ONE as not only i've seen the reviews are fairly consistent at high ratings at other sites but also the standards and promises are well set out and everything is so organised from the room layouts to the enrolment paperwork. I feel safe and please with their quality of work and believe that our little one will be in great hands. Thank you for looking after our little one as i'm sure she'll learn and grow so much at ONE. ♥️
