The staff at the Kings Langley centre are pleasant, professional and helpful - I only have good things to say about them. What lets this business down is their head office/admin. Our family has now had issues on more than one occasion that have almost led to a breakdown in care for our child. The phone line rings out to a weird voicemail message I once phoned 10 times throughout the one business day and was noty answered once. As if this wasn't bad enough they are terrible at responding to email and online enquiries. This second time with the same treatment after making a complaint the first time is definitely not good enough. I hope this review is a wake up call for the owners / management to vastly improve their service
