We had a wonderful experience with First Academy Childcare Centre. Both of my children attended the centre and I was very happy with the education, care and support they received. The educators are kind, patient and genuinely care about each child's growth and wellbeing. They create a safe, nuturing and engaging environment where children can learn, play and build confidence. Child safety is priority in each group discussion and daily interaction. The transition to school program is excellent and helped prepare children with confidence for their next stage of learning. We also love the multicultural events the centre organises, as they celebrate diversity and help children learn about appreciate different cultures. The staff always keep us informed about our children's progress and made us feel like part of the community. It's reassuring to know your children are in such caring hands every day. I truly appreciate everything the team has done for our children and Mr. Ray supported us as parents. Mr. Ray (owner) is a very kind-hearted and honest person who always look after parents. I would highly recommend First Academy to any parents looking for a loving and supportive childcare centre :)

Choosing a preschool is one of the hardest decisions for us and First Academy has exceeded every single one of our expectations. From the very first day, when my kids (Tiara and Tiana) were struggling to settle down in any other childcare which has turned out into my kids comfort, enjoyment, learning and development all around due to the staffs warmth, care, affection and professionalism has put our minds completely at ease.<br>Would highly recommend for any other parents who are looking to enrol their kids and very much concerned about the safety and reliability of the centre. This centre is very well facilitated in terms of safety concerns, learning tools, eating, feeding kids and alot more activities. They invite parents to interact with other parents by organising events, best part is interaction with teachers and discussing kids growth and well being is highlight for me personally so future parents i would recommend them. No faking up just being genuine.<br>Atlast,I would genuinely appreciate the effort of all the teachers (Ms Chinmey, Ms Jessica and Ms Manija), team leader Miss Preeti and director Mr Ray who genuinely love, nurture and have invested in my girls growth and had taken any extra step required at all times. Please dont let your kids at this centre. The owner is so rude and has zero care about your child safety

highly recommend this daycare！The owner is very dedicated to running it well. My kids have been here for nearly two years. Every day, they happily walk in on their own. The daycare offers excellent programs, and they often surprise me with how much my kids have learned.

Very poor phone skills and not impressed with them at all

I had the same problem a child crying answered the phone so called back later left msg but nobody called back
