I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful care and support provided by the team at Thrive Ermington. The staff are always warm, friendly, and approachable, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for the children. I’m especially impressed with the centre’s transition to school program. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort go into preparing the children for their next stage of learning. The activities, routines, and guidance provided to us parents as well have really helped build confidence and readiness for school. Thank you to all the educators for their dedication, professionalism, and the genuine care they show every day.

As a first time mum joining The Baby and Me session each week, we have come to feel the warmth and professionalism from the centres Director Mariella and her team. We have learnt different activities each week and also meet lots of lovely parents and babies. I can’t recommend this service enough as this gives you an insight to the centres working and the way the team interacts with each child who attends. We look forward to attending next term and learning new activities.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Thrive Ermington over an 8-month period. Our child, just 1.5 years old, encountered six incidents—three of which happened within the last three weeks—that seriously risked their safety. Attached photos show scratches dangerously close to their eye (in the same area twice), and scars that still has not completely healed. Another severe incident was a bite mark on our baby arm which was not even noticed by educators nor reported to us (photo shows the bite after 6 hours) Educators are very careless and put babies’ safety as the last priority, the same as other aspects like education, hygiene, and food quality. When we voiced our concerns, they suggested we cannot ensure your baby safety so take your baby elsewhere, as we did.

My son has been attending Thrive Ermington since the centre open in 2020. Thrive Ermington boasts a wonderful sense of community and a lively, cheerful atmosphere. The center hosts fantastic events for families, providing a great opportunity to connect with other local families. The educators and management are warm and personable. Our son often talks about his educators, sharing what he has learned from them each day. The chef’s cooking is exceptional, with the enticing aroma of food filling the air each morning. Centre director is always approachable and readily available for any conversations or concerns we may have.

Highly recommend Thrive, they are make us feel part of a family. The staff are empathetic, caring, loving and take care of my daughter like their own. We have been sending our little girl since she was 11months old she is now 2years and 3 months.

Staff are friendly and my child was able to settle well in short time. Thanks for taking good care of my child!
