This is by far the best childcare centre I have ever been to. I’ve visited many well-known and popular centres, but none of them compare to this one. From the moment you walk through the doors, there’s an immediate sense of peace, unlike the chaos I’ve often experienced elsewhere. The owners and the staff are incredibly polite, caring, and professional. 🙌🏼 What impressed me even more is how respectful the children are, addressing everyone as “Miss” or "Mister". It shows so much about the positive culture here. The environment feels safe, friendly, and nurturing for both staff and children. Truly an unmatched centre!

My wife and I moved our child to this centre about a year and a half ago and that was the best decision made. We used to send our child to a NEARBY CENTRE and thought it was a good centre by merely reading the reviews. Only after sending her there that we realized those reviews could be fake. Our daughter was exhausted, ignored. We weren't informed when she was having high fever. and there was once our app showed our child signed out while we were still on the way to pick her up. The principal then just brushed it off as unimportant. Their report on my child was written with made up stories too. As we know our child better, we know there's no way she would say something like what was written. That's when we decided to look around for another centre. I can tell you that I've been to almost all centres around the area, visiting them and asking tons of questions to test their competence. I even made an excel sheet to "rate" them based on some criteria I think is important. Some of them are good, so I continued to survey as I feel I needed to find the best. There are some that you'll immediately cross them out with one simple question too. I kept looking and even considered going to a different suburb too. That is until I visited Colour My World in Ermington. I could see how children there were involved, focussed, engaging and oriented. And the way they gather around the educators shows how comfortable they feel (You cannot fake these as children couldn't act it out right there and then). When I related my story with the principal, she immediately make arrangement to help us out, securing a spot for us. At first, it was 1 day, then 2 and after a few weeks, our child is there 5 days a week. Our child was having problem expressing herself before and had behavioural issues but after attending to their centre, her speech improved, her behaviour more in control and most importantly, she has been happier. When we go pick her up, she would still be happily playing with her peers and sometimes talking with her educator. She is more confident and is able to communicate well now. We are forever grateful to CMW for our child's tranformation and her growth. The educators there are very helpful. They know my child as much as we do, and we could always share our concerns, our focus, and what we hoped to improve for our child with them and they would help us out. As it is always the same educators managing the important roles, our child know them so well she even pointed them out to us if they see them outside of school and comfortable enough to talk to them too. My simple tip is, read the reviews for a rough idea. You really need to go and see/experience it for yourself. Bring your child along to see how they feel there, and how educators handle their first visit. How existing children there behave when you/your child was there is also a telling sign. The vibe I saw in CMW during my visit, convinced me that I needed to send my child there. And 1.5 years later, they continue to amaze me. I still feel super glad I made that decision to pull her off the other centre. She will be graduating from the centre soon but I am sure she will still remember them. I went through the choosing for the right pre-school process the hard way. Hope whoever reading this finds it helpful for you. And again, Thank you CMW for your superb service.

Hard to express how grateful our family is to CMW. My girl started from 2-3 yo room then move to 3-5 room at the same time my boy started at 0-2 room. All the educators across three rooms are patient, friendly, interactive with the parents - not just the perm staff but also the casual educators. They have been with CMW for a long time; you can tell they enjoy work there and have their work life balance. That's such a friendly and positive environment for the children! They pretty often have activities - welcome the parents to enjoy well-prepared afternoon tea at different occasions/events. What I personally value most is parent interview that helps me to know my babies from a new perspective. My girl started at a big chain brand daycare; obviously with our choice at CMW now we really prefer family managed centre so they are more responsible. CMW is now a benchmark for us to compare with others; also a benchmark for us to introduce to new parents how a daycare should be.

My daughter has absolutely thrived since joining colour my world 2 years ago. They have the loveliest staff who know every child’s name. She has gone from being a shy girl to talking a heap with the help of CMW. Thank you for loving my daughter!!

My children are currently at 'Colour My World' and have been for a couple of years now and we couldn't be any happier. A place we call our second home. The staff there are all incredible! Very helpful, supportive, extremely patient and most importantly very passionate in what they do and offer. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts with my children. Their service aims to capture a home away from home feel that has environments that they hope will enable children to connect home life to centre and centre to home. They want children to feel comfortable and respected each and every day they arrive to care.

It's been great. Staff are very friendly and the place is clean. Also parents have an access to the app that shows sleeping time, nappy change and meal time as well as activities for the day.
