We’ve been very happy with the care our child has received at this childcare. The educators are kind, professional, and truly invested in the children’s well-being. Management has been supportive and attentive to any concerns, creating a trustworthy and nurturing environment. Highly recommend!

This is a belated review and I do hope things have changed. We sent our son to OAC Maroubra from Jan 2023 - January 2024. We had a good experience at first- it always about the individual carers- but they need to be supported and it became clear after Otto’s favourite person left that it was not a good working environment. The penny dropped when Otto described every day as a ‘bad day’ at daycare and he would scream when I left him. One day I decided to stay a while and see how things played out - when we walked in the room leader was scolding a child for something that seemed minor, she did not look at me or say hello. I saw why Otto didn’t like it, the children were running wild, the food came in and due to no supervision at that moment the kids ripped covers off and stated throwing food! After 30min the room leader turned to me and asked “can I help you?” In a tone you might expect from a pissed off teenager. It turns out she was on her own with 15 kids. The other person was a trainee. The director blamed her for not asking for help. That was the last day we sent Otto. I want people to know that this is not normal- we sent Otto to a wonderful place this year - the kids are calm and the staff have been there for 15 years - it’s not a chain - unsurprisingly… it’s called London Carriage. We had to drive out of our way but it was worth it - he loves it. X

Such a great team. My son had trouble adjusting to being left there and eating and after a few weeks runs in with no issue. They also have helped with his eating. The educators are great and I feel so comfortable leaving him there

My 4 years old daughter has been attending this daycare for one year. She has learned so much and she really enjoys it.The educators are extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend sending your child to this child care center if you lives in this suburb.

The educators are fantastic and they were great with my child so I can't criticise them because they were brillant. But when you get to the director that's when there is problems she doesnt really have any empathy for your situations to try make things work for your family so that my daughter could keep going to daycare there( it was nothing major to them either we just wanted to change days because of work ) She is all about business and the money side of things. She does not care about the kids and didnt give any advice on what we could do to try make it work it was just it's my way or the highway,It was very disappointing to see from our end.

My son can't wait to get to daycare. Marylou and her team run a beautiful daycare. Couldn't be happier 😀
