KU is a great preschool and Katarina, Karen and team are amazing. My daughter has had the best year and has grown so much in her confidence, social skills and love of art. This preschool has been amazing for both our kids - my son is now in grade 2 but had 2 good years at KU before school and my daughter has been there for 9 month now. Both attend(ed) other preschools at the same time and KU is always the favourite. The teachers / leader are super friendly and great with the kids and are doing an amazing job preparing the kids for school.
Our hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed during Public Holiday’s and School Holiday’s.
Our Preschool caters for children 3 to 5 years old. Our program is play based which is derived from children's interests and strengths. Our transition to school program begins from when children first start with us, in terms of building relationships, a strong sense of belonging, self-worth as well as becoming independent and developing competent self-help skills.
KU Henson Street Preschool follows a 2 day enrolment patten. They are;
- Monday and Tuesday
- Monday and Wednesday
- Tuesday and Wednesday
- Thursday and Friday
