I waited almost a year to put my son in KU as it is close to my house and rated Exceeding, but I took my son back to his old daycare after three days of experience with KU. As a parent, I felt they were not transparent and management and front-line staff very unprofessional. Management style and systems are outdated. Not open to any constructive feedback, sometimes response is quite rude.

Jennifer and her team of educators are phenomenal. They go above and well beyond what an average daycare centre will do. My daughter has mobility issues so finding a centre who could cater for her needs was difficult. We were refused because centres were afraid but Jennifer welcomed us with open arms. She is so experienced and confident, I was comfortable leaving my daughter here knowing she'll be well looked after. Picking up a happy child who says the time has gone by so fast is the best indicator this centre is fantastic. Would highly recommend!!

I learned about the KU group of childcare centres (and preschools) from a mother in swim class. In comparison to other daycare centres, KU was not only competitively priced, but more than that, they provided all meals, sun hats, water, and an incredibly diverse educational program that I felt was superior to any other centre. The kids learn about conservation through gardening, are able to eat their produce when the kitchen prepares it for them, and learn about where their food comes from. They also learn how to eat by themselves, wait their turn, be courteous, and eat healthy. They keep chickens, water plants, and bury the seeds for new crops. And that's just one part of their program! I would recommend KU Chester Hill Children's Centre to anyone in the area who wants good quality care and pre-primary education for their child. I'm so glad I brought my little one here.
