We have had such a wonderful experience at Acacia Children’s Centre. From the moment we walk in, the environment feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The educators are always smiling, patient, and truly attentive to the children. There is one educator in particular with a warm smile, round face, and curly hair who has been especially wonderful with the children. Her gentle and caring approach really stands out and makes a big difference in how safe and happy the children feel. What we appreciate most is the way all staff create a sense of comfort and belonging for both children and parents. It truly feels like a supportive community where each child is seen and cared for. My child feels safe, happy, and supported here, which means everything to us as parents. We are very grateful for the beautiful atmosphere and the dedication of the team.

All the teachers are caring and the management team communicate with the parents so well. They are also very organised, so my wife and I, we all like the centre and my son really enjoys going there. We don't worry about anything when our son is at the centre and we trust everything happening at the childcare without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Msg from a forever grateful first-time-mom: Thank you Acacia Richmond for being so professional and attentive to my 8-month-old from she first joined in till this very moment. Before she joined in, she was a painfully fussy eater; insecure baby who wouldn’t let me out of her sight for more than 5 minutes. Educators in the centre have helped me to turn her into now independent bubbly little girl who plays well, eats well and feels comfortable on her own to explore and learn in the centre. She often brought home some lovely artworks and learning sheets she did on the day. She would sing me her new songs, show me her new games and new Japanese words she learned (which i was very impressed). Only two more weeks till her graduation day from the centre, i believe i am just one of the many parents in this centre- who really want to say thank you for their care to all children. They are someone who would put extra cloth to children when it’s cold; always create new fun yet safe environment for them to learn and guide them to become a caring person in real life. Thank you Acacia Richmond! Forever thankful and grateful for your supports and guidance over these few years!
