I am beyond grateful for the amazing care my child's teacher provides. The love, patience, and dedication shown every day make such a difference in my child's life. He absolutely loves going to school before and after regular hours, which speaks volumes about the positive and nurturing environment. Knowing he's in such great hands gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you for everything you guys do!

WARNING ⚠️ DON'T PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS VACATION CARE No hello at intercom just buzzed in gate wide open children could just walk out of the center not greeted by anyone No Id check When arrived at the center on our first day at pick up Myself and my adult daughter was able to walk freely throughout the center No eductor questioned who we were or who I was looking for Or introduced themselves I could have taken any child My daughter was saying where is kaiden No educators knew where he was until my daughter found him alone in a media room then a worker said he's in the media room The center was dirty with crushed food everywhere and toys we had to step over from the moment we walked in bags scattered all over the floor Had a worker laughing at me while I was trying to find my son still not asked who I was looking for or for Id or bothered to help Another child was walking around speaker on with music that had profanity Went to get my sons bag another parent was leaving with his bag my child was upset saying that's my bag educators did nothing I had to ask other parent could I look in the bag to check and it was my sons bag Had to find the ipad myself in the center as it was not at the front to sign out it was on a table under books Had to search center for my sons drink bottle once again no help from educators spoke to an educator that was outside about my concerns once again no introduction and only to be told oh I only started at 2:30 And these people are ment to take the children out of the center for an excursion to penrith they can't even look after my child in the center and know where he is Thanks to kindana vacation care I will have no choice but to stay home from work that is more than likely going to result in me losing my job The director Casey called me trying to get me to return my child today and apologise for what happened yesterday but the trust is broken beyond repair when your child's safty is put at risk when people can enter without id or being asked who they are or who they are picking up Extremely unprofessional

I love this place it is my child hood

The staff there have no idea how to handle kids.For two weeks in a row now when I pick up my son the staff tell me how my son misbehaves but can’t give an explanation of what my son has really done.The staff here all need to be retrained on how to handle young kids.The week before my kid broke a toy and the worker told me how offended she was when my son said a ghost did it.when working with young kids you need to know how to handle them and not get offended when kids do something wrong.My son also attends another preschool and they have informed me he is fine there.if you are considering this child care centre be careful it’s worst child care centre I’ve ever been too.😡
