We've had Ayush at Binnalong Cottage, since before he turned one, and it's been wonderful from day one. The moment we visited, we instantly loved the warm, family vibes of the centre. The carers are so much more than just workers — they genuinely care for the children, and the relationship they've built with Ayush over the years has been beautiful to watch. My husband and I are exceptionally happy with this centre. Many of the staff have been there for a long time, and you can really feel it in the genuine love and care they pour into each day. Couldn't recommend Binnalong Cottage more highly!

Although my 2-year-old daughter was with Binalong Cottage for only a short time, we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, due to our relocation, we had to cancel her enrolment, but during her time there she genuinely enjoyed going to daycare each day.<br><br>As a parent, the things that matter most to me—clean and well-maintained facilities, a lovely outdoor play area, and caring, dedicated educators—were all present at Binalong Cottage. It gave us confidence that our daughter was in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.<br><br>A special thank you to Ms. Leanne for her kindness and understanding throughout our time there. She was incredibly supportive when our circumstances changed and always communicated with such warmth and compassion. Choosing Binalong Cottage for our child has honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. It truly felt God-sent at the perfect time. Our little one is a very clingy “Velcro” child, so naturally I was anxious about how he would cope in a childcare environment. I prepared myself for a difficult transition.. but to our surprise, he settled in beautifully within just a week. That alone says so much about the kind of environment the team has created. There’s something very special about Binalong Cottage. The warmth, patience, and genuine care from the educators make it feel less like a childcare centre and more like an extension of family. The children are not just looked after.. they are truly seen, nurtured, and cared for. What made me smile even more was when my eldest came along for pick-up and said, “Mum, you should have enrolled me here before.” As a parent, that speaks volumes. As a first-time mum, I was extremely nervous about sending my daughter to daycare at just 1 year and 1 month old. I truly thought she would struggle to adapt, so it has been such a pleasant surprise to see how happy and comfortable she is. My daughter genuinely enjoys going to daycare every day—she goes happily in the morning and comes back just as happy. I would also like to appreciate the owner, Leanne, who is such a wonderful and kind person. Within just a month, I’ve seen remarkable progress in my daughter’s development. She has transitioned from only eating pureed food to confidently eating solids on her own. Her communication has improved beautifully, and she is learning new words and skills every day. It’s amazing to see how much she has grown in such a short time. I also really appreciate how the educators keep me updated regularly on her progress—it gives me so much reassurance and peace of mind. Most importantly, my daughter is genuinely happy, and that means everything to me. This would not have been possible without the incredible support and dedication from Ms Kat, Ms Erina, Ms Lyn, Ms Sam, Ms Heena, Ms Gurdeep, Ms Prabha, and Leanne. It's a wonderful childcare center with brilliant educators who genuinely care for the children. They provide timely feedback and my toddler absolutely loves the environment and the engaging activities.
