Our daughter started at Tommaso Fiaschi just three weeks ago, and we are so happy we made the change!<br><br>She had been attending another childcare centre for about 10 months since she was three, but unfortunately, she never really settled in. Almost every morning was a struggle, with lots of crying and emotional meltdowns. It was really heartbreaking for us as parents.<br><br>A few friends recommended Tommaso Fiaschi, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, we didn’t expect such a big difference! After just one week, our daughter started going to Kinder happily without crying or being scared. Now she actually looks forward to going every morning, which is something we never thought would happen so quickly!<br><br>We also love the extra activities they offer, especially the Italian language program and the basketball session. It’s lovely to see how much the children get to experience.<br><br>A special thank you to Joyce, the centre manager. We can really see how much time and effort she puts into the centre and how much she cares about the children and families.<br><br>It’s only been three weeks, but we have already seen such a positive change in our daughter. We are really grateful to have found this centre and would definitely recommend it to other families!

Our son Luca has been attending the 3-Year-Old Kinder program at Tommaso Fiaschi, and one of the standout features of this centre is its fantastic Italian language and basketball programs.<br><br>Luca absolutely loves his Italian lessons and often comes home excited to share new words and songs he has learned. It’s wonderful to see him being exposed to another language from such a young age in a fun and natural way.<br><br>The basketball sessions have also been a highlight. They have helped build his confidence, coordination, teamwork, and love of physical activity. He talks about basketball days all the time and is always eager to participate.<br><br>Beyond these unique programs, the educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in every child’s wellbeing and development. Since starting at Tommaso Fiaschi, Luca has become more confident, independent, and socially engaged.<br><br>We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community and highly recommend Tommaso Fiaschi Child Care Centre to any family looking for an early learning centre that offers not only excellent care and education, but also enriching opportunities such as Italian language learning and basketball from an early age.

It’s a nice childcare, my daughter started when she was very young age. She learned a lot of things here and enjoyed it. After she graduated from here and goes to school this year, even the school said she’s very smart and the child care prepared her a very good school transition process. I’m very happy and will definitely recommend to anyone.

My 2 year old son is going to this centre, teachers in this centre quite responsive, care about kids. Also really listen to what parents’ need. I feel confident and comfortable for my little on in this centre. And I would recommend this to my friends as well.

My son has now left this kinder. Although we appreciate the time staff spent caring for him, there were several aspects of our experience that we felt could have been better.<br><br>The space felt quite small for the number of children attending. During some midday visits, I saw toddlers sleeping on the floor without an educator visible nearby, although I was not aware of the supervision arrangements. Another child also cut my son’s hair with scissors. I appreciated staff letting me know, but the incident left me concerned about supervision during activities involving scissors.<br><br>There were also some everyday care and communication issues. I frequently noticed that my son’s runny nose had not been wiped, both in the shared photos and at pickup. I would also have appreciated clearer updates about what he actually ate each day, as food rarely appeared in the photos.<br><br>During his time there, he began saying “I’ll bash you” daily and shushing people who were in his way. While I understand that children pick up behaviours from different places, this change concerned us.<br><br>We would have appreciated a more thoughtful farewell. While we were still in the room on his last day, my son heard the manager say, “Tear his name down.” This may have been a routine instruction, but the timing felt insensitive and was disappointing to hear.<br><br>I hope this feedback helps the centre improve its care and communication with families. This review reflects our personal experience, and I ask that our decision to share it be respected without requests to remove it.

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare Centre! The staff takes the time to get to know each child as an individual and it really shows in how happy and confident my daughter is when we drop her off each day. The program is engaging with a powerful balance of play based learning, outdoor activities and creative experiences. I love their writing and oral class which support my daughter with her language development. She absolutely loves going here and I’ve seen so much growth in her confidence, social skills and curiosity. We feel so lucky to have found such a nurturing, professional and passionate team of educators. Highly recommended!
