Great center amayzing educators. i had three kids who went to kindergarten tow of them now in school one still there .<br>They had fun, activities and learning.<br>Educators are very kind, responsible and trusted.<br>All my kids never complain of going there , also as a parents we have chat with The educators because they lovely and friendly.<br>I would recommend it 👌

We have had such a positive experience. The childcare educators and kindergarten teachers have been so supportive and encouraging of our child. We have seen them grow and develop their social and emotional skills so much over the last few years.

Amazing centre! The staff are all so lovely, caring, and easy to communicate with. They genuinely treat the children like their own family, creating such a warm and nurturing environment. We couldn’t ask for better care, and we’re so grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We feel really lucky that we got a spot at Alexandra Ave. No place is 100% perfect but the important things (to me) are that the staff have genuine affection for and show real care towards the children and clearly take their roles seriously, and that the centre will always take any comments or concerns you have seriously.<br>Alexandra Ave does all these things really well and my kids are consistently supported and encouraged to learn and develop.<br>Staff turnover is low and we are on first name basis with everyone who works there. The parents are amazing, we’ve made great friends (I guess this is luck as much as anything) and the vibe is just usually great!

Great centre and the staff are warm, encouraging and respectful. You also get to know other families in the community which is great.

My twins girls have been going here since they were 18 months and I cant recommend it enough. Nice family feeling small childcare.

We love this centre! Quiet street, easy parking, fantastic outdoor space, caring educators & staff, and our kids are always happy. It feels like family, and we’re so pleased with how much they’re learning. Our kids have made wonderful friends here, and we love being part of such a diverse and welcoming community. Highly recommend!

We have two kids in this childcare and 1 in Alexandra Avenue Kinder. Our kids are very happy here. When we took the tour 4 years ago I was captivated by the large, beautiful outdoors with loads of different activities on offer: giant blocks, structures for climbing and training motor skills, huge sandpit, artificial grass flooring to buffer any falls.<br>This cc actively teaches about the environment in every term. In their outside area they have worm farms, they plant seeds with the kids and nurture plants, harvest and learn about healthy eating. My kids learned about separating different types of waste there and proudly show us the sign for recycling when they find it on items at home. They had an incursion with a bug lady who showed them different insects alive and up close.<br>The inside learning environment gets reshuffled/ new things added frequently and the center really responds to kids' interests and expands the learning experience based on those. Our kids learned everything about the different emotions there, about how they can manage these emotions and how to respect when someone is not in a good mood or says no. Absolutely appreciate their body safety program. Everything about "my body my rules", "body bubble " and about who they can talk to when they feel uncomfortable. Street safety, traffic rules, fire safety training, you name it, they did it.<br>They also spend considerable time on teaching kids about Australia and the traditional owners and their culture.<br>Warm, patient staff who support kids and parents alike on this tricky journey of raising little ones.<br>Educators will occasionally share their opinions on something but they respect that ultimately it's your choice and will follow your guidance. We respect the work they all do for our kids very much. They spend a considerable amount of time with our kids, so we really view them as our partners in this effort.<br>As a parent you can see that this center follows procedures. From the way how they cater to children with allergies, to cleanliness, to the safety of the kids. There are no hidden areas that you can't oversea as an adult, the change room/bathrooms have windows from both sides, and parents aren't allowed in there. Teachers will close off areas temporarily for the kids to ensure they always have multiple adults around the kids. So you don't have any 1 on 1 situations.<br>You can see the whole kitchen area when walking through. There is a lovely chef making fresh meals for the kids every day. Kids have breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack there and we love the variety they offer.<br>Our children are supported every step of the way. They even did sessions on how to put on and take off your jumper, put on and take off your socks and shoes, how to wash hands thoroughly etc. And the kids are so so proud to show their new skills to us.<br>My kids social skills exploded through their going to Alexandra Avenue. There is no other way to put it. Their language improved so quickly there because at cc they could hear peers speak in short simple sentences. This gave them the Tools to start expressing what they want. Their confidence, their ability to interact with people of all ages and their sense of belonging is fostered so beautifully by the educators here.<br>Super supportive during toilet training, weaning, nap time routine etc.<br>Des the manager is a gem. You can always go to her and talk things through. Plus she has a deep understanding of supporting the diversity of the kids and families in her care.
