My daughter absolutely loves her Kinder! She comes home with many wonderful stories and has had so many opportunities. This year she has experienced going to the zoo and has commenced AusKick! She is having a ball! A special shout out to her Kinder teacher this year Tillie! She has formed such a great relationship with Aria and assisted her to step out of her comfort zones. Thankyou 🙂

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Emma McLean Kindergarten. My son started here when he was 3 years old, and now he’s in his final year of kinder.<br><br>The teachers and staff are amazing. They always come up with fun activities and engaging experiences for the children, creating a warm and welcoming environment where they can learn and grow.<br><br>My son has made so many friends and genuinely looks forward to going to kinder every time. Seeing how happy and excited he is says everything about the care and dedication of the team.<br><br>If you’re looking for a kindergarten for your child, I highly recommend Emma McLean Kindergarten. It’s been a fantastic experience for our family, and we’re so grateful to all the wonderful staff.

My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. As a parent, I spent months attempting to obtain information relating to my own child. Information that should have been readily accessible required repeated requests, extensive correspondence, regulatory involvement and continual follow-up before records were eventually provided. The service ultimately acknowledged that errors had occurred and advised that its policies and procedures would be reviewed and changed. However, despite those acknowledged errors, there was little accountability and no meaningful effort to address the impact those decisions had on my ability to remain informed and involved in my child’s education. Records were provided only after significant delay. Some information was incomplete, access issues arose with documents that were supplied, and the overall process was far more difficult than it should have been for a parent seeking information about their own child. Based on my experience, communication, transparency and responsiveness to parental concerns require substantial improvement. This review reflects my personal experience with the service.
