2 of my children attended this centre and recently finished up and I cannot in good faith recommend this childcare centre ro any parent.<br><br>First I would like to say that the permanent staff were generally great which is why i gave it 2 stars. The issue is that there is none left. Slowly over the 8 months our children attended, all of the long term permanent staff left and were not replaced with permanent staff. Everyone is a casual and they dont know your children, their needs and it mean a really disruptive environment for them so they can never truly settle. In fact, their last day the only permanent staff member had to run between the toddler and baby room, which is against the rules OAC had set up after they had staff at other centres molesting children.<br><br>The kept getting confused or missed up with our children's medications and kept asking for different things. Medication was even sent home from the centre rven though we provided was was asked. Apparently head office and the centre could not communicate with each other. I was asked to talk to both and resolve it when they literally own and run the centre which was lazy and ridiculous.<br><br>I started to ask for things to be emailed to me after these incidents and the direct would not ever do so. She takes no accountability for what is happening and does not want anything recorded. She often blames the head office but they too often blame her.<br><br>We would not be told when staff were leaving by the centre until finally the staff themselves would tell us because they wanted us to prepare our children for the change. Again, no accountability for the mental welfare of children.<br><br>They have NO programs. My children never had yoga, dance class, soccer etc as with the other OAC centres, so their prices are very high for what you get.<br><br>Before we left we asked staff several times to please get together their medications and their artwork. They gave us 2 cardboard fish and one hand print, thats it. I am really glad we decided to leave because its such an unsettling place for children and then for parents knowing their kids are there.<br><br>Edit: Dont trust them asking about feedback. OAC had every opportunity to contact us during the 4 week notice period for feedback. They not only didnt ask for feedback, they contacted us to remind us about fees we had to pay. The director played oblivious as well. You would think it matters to them considering the horrible things which have happened at their centres but they are still not following their own protocol to ensure child safety.<br><br>Edit: They have now deleted their response asking for feedback.Ive reduced from 2 stars to 1 for their dishonesty.

We enrolled our son at Only About Children North Parramatta and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. Campus Director Gayathri set the tone for our experience right from the start. Her warmth and approachability immediately put us at ease, and she continues to check in on our son regularly and keeps us well-informed — exactly what you want from a leader. His educators — Pooja, Anica, Fenil, Rowena among others are simply wonderful. They greet us every morning with a smile and have created a nurturing, positive environment where our son is truly thriving. Their dedication and enthusiasm shine through in everything they do, and the range of activities they offer keeps him engaged and excited to learn. The best measure of a great childcare centre is your child’s reaction — and our son says it all. He went from tears at drop-off to literally jumping into his educators’ arms each morning. That transformation says more than any review ever could. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend OAC North Parramatta to any family.

The staff are incredibly caring and supportive. My child feels happy and comfortable every day. We appreciate the safe and friendly environment you provide.

Only About Children has exceeded our expectations. The teachers are professional, kind, and genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. A wonderful daycare with an amazing, positive atmosphere. My child enjoys coming every day, which gives us peace of mind as parents. Excellent care and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We cannot recommend OAC enough. Our toddler has blossomed, learning new words every day and asking to 'go play with friends'. The staff treat every child with genuine warmth and respect. The center is always spotless, and we've noticed how our baby has changed positive behavior.

We have an 18-month-old child. Following an unfavorable experience with a previous daycare, we discovered OAC. Upon our visit, the immediate observation was the remarkable tranquility of the children. Gayatri, the delightful and highly professional manager, provided a comprehensive explanation of the facility's operations and how they would care for our baby.

It's okay so long as your children have no allergies or take any medication. There is also little contact between head office and the actual centre, so dont expect any kind of resolution or anyone to take accountability for anything. They do not contact you when they say they will. They have very high staff turnover and lots of casuals, which is worrying considering they have had 2 major cases of child abuse and exploitation occur at OAC centres. The 2 stars are for how lovely the carers are.
