My son had an amazing time .Very caring staff.My son learnt a lot of things and developed very good communication skills.

Its amazing to write about the busy bees . The place is very good and also staff is well experienced. Its been 4 week my daughter started , i personally feel her habits changed and she become a good listener and eveyday she is learning something new. Good environment.

My daughter started at Busy Bee’s Lalor two weeks ago and the transition has been so smooth and hassle-free. The educators have been incredibly welcoming, caring and attentive, which made it so easy for both of us to adjust. I can already see how comfortable and happy she feels there. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in such a nurturing and positive environment. Highly recommend Busy Bee’s Lalor to any parent looking for a wonderful childcare centre! 💛🐝

My daughter attended Busy Bees Lalor for just 4 months before I made the very easy decision to pull her out due to serious concerns about the level of care and safety at the centre. While I understand that kids get sick, she was coming home ill nearly every second week — including contracting RSV. I was constantly being called to pick her up for suspected illness or minor injuries, even though she was perfectly fine when I dropped her off. I had to leave work early on many occasions because of these repeated calls, which became a major disruption to both my schedule and livelihood. One serious incident involved her cutting her head open on a wooden outdoor picnic table — I was told she "tripped" on a toy. We had to take her to the emergency room. Another time, I arrived to find her screaming after she jammed her finger in a wooden outdoor storage box. These weren’t just accidents — they were signs of poor supervision and unsafe play environments. I honestly question whether the outdoor play area even meets OHS standards. To make matters worse, nearly every time I picked her up, her water bottle was completely empty and she would be begging for water, like she hadn’t had anything to drink all day. It was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. Even after being away sick for over a week, we were still charged full fees for the days she didn't attend — with zero consideration or flexibility. The educators seem overwhelmed or inattentive, and the overall environment did not feel safe for my child. I strongly recommend parents think twice before enrolling their child here. Your child’s health and safety should never be compromised.

I can’t say enough good things about this childcare! Sarah is kind, patient, and truly cares for each child as if it was her own. My little one has learned so much and looks forward to going every day. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with engaging activities that encourage learning and creativity. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in such a nurturing and supportive place. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing child care facility, thanks to Sarah and her attentiveness to all the children my younger sister has really opened up and become much more confident in her self and all her activities keep up the great work shaping our children and there futures
