At Think Big Early Learning, we are a family-owned, standalone early learning centre where children, families, and community are at the heart of everything we do. As an owner-operated service, our owner is onsite every day, actively involved in the daily running of the centre. This hands-on approach allows us to build genuine relationships, make decisions with families in mind, and provide personalised care that larger corporate providers often cannot offer.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we provide a play-based learning environment where children's interests guide their learning. Through hands-on experiences, creative projects, cooking activities, and engaging incursions, we encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our experienced educators include a Bachelor-qualified Kindergarten Teacher who delivers a comprehensive school readiness program, supporting children to develop the confidence, resilience, and skills they need for a successful transition to primary school.

We understand the needs of busy families and offer flexible swap days where available. Families stay connected through the Owna App, receiving daily updates, photos, learning stories, and important communication throughout their child's day.

Strong partnerships with families are central to our philosophy. We welcome families into our centre, invite them to enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, and encourage meaningful connections with our friendly team.

Children's safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Every educator holds current Working With Children Checks, police checks, and excellent professional references. Our purpose-built centre also features CCTV monitoring in common areas, onsite parking, and a secure service road location.
