We are pleased that our Grand daughter has settled in nicely to the centre. Friendly caring staff with interesting and stimulating programs. :)

Four years ago, I would've recommended this service to anybody. However, since it was sold just over three years ago, it has fallen apart. We have had no choice but to remove our children from this centre. The centre is currently working on rebuilding with a new manager, and I sincerely hope it returns to what it once was. If you're considering the service (or any service) my advice would be to check their ratings, ask about recent staff turnover, and request information about how they actually support their staff and enable them to attend professional development. There are a number of reviews you will see that are 'clustered' at a certain time point - my advice would be to consider if these are still accurate and potentially if these were obtained through a competition for prizes...

Hands down the worst child care centre! For a start, they state it’s family owned, it is indeed NOT family owned. It’s a centre that is run down, with a horrible staff turnover… My child was constantly getting injured, no incident reports were made, no phone calls or emails to inform me!!! They kept upping the price with no improvements to be paying extra for.

We have been with the service for 3 years. Outstanding staff and leadership. Any concerns or issues are promptly acknowledged and rectified. The staff are nurturing and the environment has had an overall positive impact on our child’s development. Being a smaller centre it has a very lovely ‘community’ feel and all staff know the children by their names. I wish the centre extended to primary school through to high school so my child can remain with them for longer! There is honestly nothing negative to say. I strongly recommend this centre if you are considering it for your child. At least contact the Director, organise a tour or stay and play and see for yourself. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

I have experience with 5 different daycares and this is by far the best one. The staff are friendly, supportive and care. There is always something for the kids to do with regular activities. My son is always happy at dropoff.

Our daughter started at Holland Park CCC at the beginning of the year. We couldn’t be happier with how she has settled into the centre! She happily waves goodbye to us each day and it’s clear that she’s made a strong connection to all of her educators. She also loves all of the staff who work at the centre- and we have loved how welcoming and kind everyone is. The centre communicates wonderfully with us from daily updates to community posts! Every afternoon we are greeted with smiles and we couldn’t give up the amazing staff and community feel of the centre :)

I've had the pleasure of having my son attend Holland Park Child Care Centre for the past three years, and I couldn't be more grateful! The entire staff is warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being and development. My son loves going to daycare every day, and it's clear that he feels happy, safe, and supported. I highly recommend Holland Park Child Care Centre to any family looking for a nurturing and engaging environment for their little ones. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

We love HP CCC we have been sending our daughter for many years. She loves going and has blossomed so much during her time there. We had no hesitation to send our second child there as well. All the educators are thoughtful and caring and we have lots of communications from the centre itself.

I love holland park child care, the staff are so lovely and helpful with any request. Often I will ask for casual days and they always make it happen. Recently my eldest child started a new kindy and i request for my youngest who is still attending to go alternative days one week and it wasn’t a problem at all. We recently had a cyclone and the centre was closed and my daughters were asking when they can go. The centre isnt brand new and sparkly but my kids don’t seem to mind and never kicked a fuss when I tell them it’s daycare day, Which is a plus plus plus. My children did attend another centre which was also great but my baby who started that one at 10 month cried and looked so unhappy in every photo and as soon as I moved the girls my youngest loved it from day one. She never looks unhappy in any photo. They don’t provide food but I havnt attended a child care that does so for me that isn’t a problem. My girls have attended this centre for almost 2 yrs and they never get sick. They never seem to be short staff and it always seems like a calm environment in the mornings when I drop off which wasn’t the case at our other childcare. For me things that are important and I want in a center is easy drop offs ✔️ clean environment ✔️ casual days ✔️ minimal sickness going around ✔️ for my child to be woken if I request I don’t want them sleeping to late ✔️ nice/kind staff ✔️ for the centre to not be under staffed ✔️ regular updates on the iPad ✔️ to be notified if my child’s teacher is away and will be replaced by a casual person ✔️ I’m really happy at the centre and definitely recommend
