It takes time, care, patience and love to make a day care feel like home and this is exactly what Jack N Jill provide. For 13yrs this place has been more than just a day care; it has been a warm, welcoming space where little ones grow, laugh and learn together. When you walk through the door, the comforting smell of home cooking fills the air, instantly making you feel at ease, just like stepping into the family kitchen, loads of noise, giggles and chatter which is exactly what you expect at home (except a lot more craziness). Over the years the staff have become more than colleagues - they've grown into lifelong friends. Together, they've built a nurturing environment where children are cared for with the same love and attention as they would receive at home. Picking the kids up with paint on clothes, sand in hair and shoes with BIG smiles on there faces bursting to tell you how there day was, always made our afternoons. With our youngest last year this year 2026 our family will always cherish the memories of Jack n Jill and we are forever grateful for your guidance and support with our children in there younger years. Before enrolling at Jack and Jill, I visited all of the daycares in Mandurah and the surrounding suburbs. Jack and Jill was the last one I viewed and by far the most impressive — it ticked all the boxes. My children have been attending Jack and Jill for the past three and a half years, and I couldn’t be happier. One of the things I love most is how safe and secure the centre is. No one can walk up to the fence, put their hands through, or see the children while they are there, which gives me great peace of mind. All of the educators have been absolutely amazing, and the outdoor area is massive. The kids are always engaged in different activities, keeping them active, happy, and learning every day. I highly recommend Jack and Jill to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and engaging daycare for their children.

I had my daughter in for about 6 months, The whole time we were constantly unwell (since switching daycare maybe once in months), The floors were constantly dirty and being 'cleaned' while parents were coming in and out collecting kids around 3:30pm. I found multiple occasions where there was no water available from lunch time to about 3pm, My daughter was constantly constipated and seeing doctors because of it - The water part was confirmed by their manager Emma as she stated they clean the bottles after lunch and she had to 'pull up' the staff twice after I brought it to her attention that kids did not have access to water. The girls working there would play favourites with their kids and grand kids in the room by giving them more attention which while it is natural instinct, Should not happen at your place of work, I saw this myself and other mums I've spoken to have also seen this who did the stay and play. Emma was lovely with any issues brought forward but I never saw changes in care. All in all, I would not reccomend the baby's room at jack and jill mandurah.
