Few month ago I came here searching for reviews and can't find any. Here's mine ! I was very nervous to send my little one to daycare (1st baby) , and needed to send him 5days/week straight away being only 13 month. Vega, the director has been very nice and explained everything (being not very familiar with the Australian process and how things works), Susan welcomed us for the orientation day and has been lovely, answering all our questions. My little one has been in this day care since June and I can't recommend enough all the educators on the "under 2 year old" room. The first few weeks has been challenging for me and my little one but Salma, Crystal and Nazmun helped us , they have been so caring, showed so much empathy and made things so much easier to both of us - the 3 of them all have their personalities which I find make an amazing balance in the room. Anyway a massive thank you to them , now my little one is feeling well there, I feel so comfortable and confident he is going to be safe and have a good day when I drop him. So impressive about the others educators from the other rooms too who all know my little one name , always having a great vibes to share and a nice hello when we see them around. The outdoor area is amazing too, so happy my little one can spend that much time in an amazing outdoor area! And Vega has been always available and very useful whenever we had questions. He is still crying at separation in the morning but I know this is normal and it will only get better. Feeling very happy and grateful to have my little one in this daycare, so thank you! 🩷

All my children have attended this daycare, my 2 to and 4yo currently attend. The centre is beautiful, so big and spacious with an amazing outdoor area. The educators have all been there for a while, there's not a massive turnover of staff which is good. My boys are very attached to their educators, they absolutely love them and talk about them even at home! We've always felt very supported and our children couldn't be in better hands

Unfortunately, our experience with this daycare was very disappointing. During our time there, we noticed significant concerns with our child’s development. She was not speaking much, lacked confidence, and would become extremely distressed every morning when it was time to go — crying consistently at drop-off. The environment didn’t seem supportive or engaging enough to help her thrive, and there was little improvement despite our efforts to communicate our concerns. After a change in management, things only got worse. The new director was unapproachable and dismissive, which made it difficult to raise or resolve any issues. The only good thing about this daycare was the outdoor space. Since moving our child to a different centre, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement — she’s speaking more, is much more confident, and actually looks forward to going each day. This experience made it clear just how important the right environment is for a child’s early development. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare based on our experience, but I do hope they take feedback seriously and make improvements for the sake of other families.
