MANAGEMENT I'm writing to give some Feedback and share my disappointment of the news that Ms Vandy and now Ms Anusha are leaving. Although this won't impact my child so much as this is our last year, it's disappointing as a centre that's only 1.5 years old we have already had 4 directors and 3 2nd in charge. I think as a centre you should be reviewing the reason this keeps happening and I would say it due to a lack of support from management. In the time Vandy has been at the centre she has made such a huge improvement and made it feel like a proper childcare centre with activities and celebrations , the kids have been at their happiest with so many exciting activities. Sadly, they will all need to readjust again to a new director and 2nd in charge. With all the bad news /reviews little zacs is receiving at the moment i would be making it my priority to keep such an amazing director at a centre that's actually doing well.

There is no option for zero, so I had to deduct one star for this nursery. It is the worst childcare center in terms of care, attention, organization, and education. When we look at the beautiful photos they add to the website, we say it's 7 stars, but the reality is completely different. These are all just photos they take, mostly in the morning, while the children are cooking, or during story time. The photo ends, all the beauty ends, and the chaos begins. The children hit each other, and no one cares. More than once, my son came back to me with a broken personality, telling me that a boy hit him, and when I spoke to them, none of them cared. The last problem was from a nearby employee who was speaking to a boy in a strong and tense manner from behind the door. After that, she left him, and he threw himself on the floor crying, and it was the same boys who used to hit him before. The employees were nearby, and no one came to him until they looked at her. She asked him what she wanted, and she told her that the boys hit the boy, and he cried, and she saw the deed. Very sad. What bothered me the most was the sand in my son's rain, unfortunately he was drinking from it, and the picture speaks for itself.

The educators are equally impressive, providing a nurturing and supportive environment where the kids can thrive. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great place for children to learn, grow, and feel safe. Highly recommend! Miss vandy the director of the centre is really nice.

Little Zak’s Plumpton has been amazing for our daughter. The educators are so caring and make my child feel safe, happy and excited to come in every day. We’ve seen such great growth and confidence in them since joining. Truly grateful for the team here!

My son goes little Zak’s at plumpton, the children there are always engaged with fun activities and they have really good staff, well cleaned and organised centre.

I had a wonderful experience during my time at Little Zak’s. It was a great opportunity to learn and grow in such a positive environment. Vandy was always supportive and dedicated, consistently putting in so much effort to ensure the children received high-quality care and education. The entire team was, friendly and I truly appreciated the chance to be part of such a nurturing setting.

Our village. My son has been going here since the centre has opened. The centre is brand new, multi levels, clean, welcoming and has a massive outdoor play area. We went to open day and it was amazing. My son started at 18 months and as like every mum, I was anxious. The educators were so warm and welcoming. They let me stay with him for a bit and they called to update me. I thought that was great. The educators in that room (1-2 at the time) were honestly so sweet and nurturing. Gaganpreet, Shazia, Shivanthi and Naveen made me feel at ease that my kid is in safe hands. I love my daily updates when I pick up my son from Gaganpreet. In fact, they taught me a few tricks to help with my son’s tantrums that my household still use til today. They have an app and they send pictures of what’s happening and what learning objectives are for the day. I love how creative and interesting the activities are! I know I cannot replicate all of this at home! I also know some centres don’t do this so I am thankful I get to see my son in action. When they transitioned him to the next room, they did it in stages and he got some exposure while his educator stayed with him. He transitioned well and the educators did a great job. I think it was more emotional for me than him. The educators in room 2-3 are fantastic and my son is learning so much, now he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up. The foyer is always updated and they have different themes going on every week. One week they have live baby chicks in the foyer, next week its naidoc, the next week they have plants for fundraising. It creates a sense of community and there’s inclusiveness. The director Vandy is great too. She is always professional, available to chat and approachable. She’s always resolved any issues that have come up promptly. Parking is easy, drop off is easy. Overall I’m very pleased, they are my second village.

Went to pick up my nephew for the first time and was unfamiliar with the centre, hence when I walked in I looked for the kid and couldn’t find him. The staff would have seen me confused and didn’t bother asking me a question. I could’ve been anyone. I then asked one of the staff where I can find the kid and they showed me. I picked up the kid and and went to the next room to collect his bag and walked out of the front door and not a single person/staff questioned if I even know the kid let alone if my name is registered to be able to pick up the kid. The is dangerous, anyone could’ve walked out with the kid and they wouldn’t have known.
