My 2 kiddos started at LZ back in Jan this year. Coming from another (smaller) centre where they were spending all day together, I was so worried about them having to be separated. But the wonderful staff have helped them settle in and helped make them both thrive in their own age groups/rooms & if/when they just need to see each other, they let them. The level of care and attention all staff give the kids (not just mine) is beyond amazing. Anytime something big or small happens, the staff are onto it and are in constant contact with me to let me know what’s going on, which I really appreciate. Considering our last centre my kids were getting bitten almost every single day without any notifications. I would just be finding bite marks on them when changing them or getting them into the bath! The director & 2IC (Kate & Jamie) are absolutely amazing! They are so welcoming (I mean all the staff are as well) and are happy to take on board and discuss any issues or concerns you have and will follow up on anything you bring to them. They have been the biggest support system to help get extra care which our son requires. They definitely made the decision and transition into LZ as easy as possible. My kids are actually enjoying going to school now and aren’t fighting me every morning about going. I could not recommend LZ Plumpton enough!

MANAGEMENT I'm writing to give some Feedback and share my disappointment of the news that Ms Vandy and now Ms Anusha are leaving. Although this won't impact my child so much as this is our last year, it's disappointing as a centre that's only 1.5 years old we have already had 4 directors and 3 2nd in charge. I think as a centre you should be reviewing the reason this keeps happening and I would say it due to a lack of support from management. In the time Vandy has been at the centre she has made such a huge improvement and made it feel like a proper childcare centre with activities and celebrations , the kids have been at their happiest with so many exciting activities. Sadly, they will all need to readjust again to a new director and 2nd in charge. With all the bad news /reviews little zacs is receiving at the moment i would be making it my priority to keep such an amazing director at a centre that's actually doing well.

There is no option for zero, so I had to deduct one star for this nursery. It is the worst childcare center in terms of care, attention, organization, and education. When we look at the beautiful photos they add to the website, we say it's 7 stars, but the reality is completely different. These are all just photos they take, mostly in the morning, while the children are cooking, or during story time. The photo ends, all the beauty ends, and the chaos begins. The children hit each other, and no one cares. More than once, my son came back to me with a broken personality, telling me that a boy hit him, and when I spoke to them, none of them cared. The last problem was from a nearby employee who was speaking to a boy in a strong and tense manner from behind the door. After that, she left him, and he threw himself on the floor crying, and it was the same boys who used to hit him before. The employees were nearby, and no one came to him until they looked at her. She asked him what she wanted, and she told her that the boys hit the boy, and he cried, and she saw the deed. Very sad. What bothered me the most was the sand in my son's rain, unfortunately he was drinking from it, and the picture speaks for itself.

The educators are equally impressive, providing a nurturing and supportive environment where the kids can thrive. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great place for children to learn, grow, and feel safe. Highly recommend! Miss vandy the director of the centre is really nice.
