Active Kids Park Ridge is a brand-new, purpose-built 120-place early learning service, proudly located on the corner of Belvedere Boulevard and Clark Road, Park Ridge.
Designed with children and families at the heart of everything we do, our service will feature large, state-of-the-art playspaces, purpose-built learning environments, and an onsite swimming pool, with swimming lessons incorporated into the curriculum. Children will develop water confidence, safety skills, coordination, and physical wellbeing as part of their learning journey.
Our commitment to nature-based learning continues beyond the service through off-site Bush Kindy, giving children opportunities to explore, discover, connect with nature, and develop resilience, creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills.
While Active Kids Park Ridge is brand new, our commitment to quality care is not. Long-standing educators from our sister Active Kids services will transfer to Park Ridge, bringing years of experience, knowledge, passion, and a deep commitment to children and families. This ensures the true quality care that Active Kids believes in is the foundation of everything we do from day one.
We believe strong relationships are the foundation of early learning. Our experienced educators will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
Families will be genuine partners in their child’s learning, with open communication and a strong sense of community at the heart of our service.

At Active Kids Park Ridge, our onsite chef will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for children each day, supporting their wellbeing and creating positive experiences around food and mealtimes. Our chef will also bring cooking to life through hands-on cooking classes and experiences, giving children the opportunity to explore ingredients, learn where food comes from, and develop practical skills in the kitchen. Through age-appropriate cooking experiences, children will build confidence, independence, creativity, and an understanding of healthy food choices. From preparing simple recipes to growing their curiosity about different foods and flavours, cooking will become a meaningful part of their learning journey. We believe mealtimes and food experiences are more than just nourishment — they are opportunities to connect, learn, create, and share. At Active Kids Park Ridge, our Bush Kindy curriculum provides children with meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with nature beyond the traditional early learning environment. Through regular off-site Bush Kindy experiences, children will engage in hands-on, nature-based learning that encourages curiosity, imagination, independence, and a sense of adventure. Our educators will support children to discover the natural world through exploration, play, observation, and child-led experiences. Bush Kindy will provide opportunities for children to develop important life skills, including resilience, problem-solving, risk assessment, teamwork, creativity, and confidence.
