I cannot speak highly enough of this place!! Incredibly well managed, excellent staff all-round and outstanding communication. I look forward to days when I get to send my son there!

I 100% recommend Sparrow Jacobs Ridge. The staff have been nothing but helpful on our journey with starting our toddler at daycare. He has already shown so many improvements and absolutely loves it here, even when i thought he might feel overwhelmed he has loved every minute of going! Couldn't be happier!

As a first time Mum, there was some hesitation and anxiety about the thought of my baby going into daycare for the first time. However, I had already been for a tour whilst pregnant and then again with my little boy for a visit and a Stay and Play. We were made to feel so very welcome and part of the Sparrow family from the moment we walked in and when the time came, this certainly made his very first official day so comfortable and reassuring. I know he is being very well cared for each time I drop him off and that has made any anxiety I had disappear. The communication is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Moving him from 1 to 2 days recently was such a breeze and I know when the time comes for my return to work in a few months, that moving to 3 days will also be seamless. He is happy, he is making friends, his world is being opened up to great experiences and I know without a doubt I have made the best choice in care for my boy.

Loving and very professional staff. Bubs love everything about the kindy. Learns new things everyday. Very safe environment. My bub was a picky eater but now he eats anything that put in front of him thanks to kindy helping him with his meals. Everyday lots of new activities for the bubs . Special thanks to Miss Anna, Miss Louren and Miss Monique. Keep up the good work.

Sparrow early learning jacobs ridge is absolutely amazing! I have never felt so welcomed when it comes to a kindy! The educators smile, say good morning, know my child by her name even if it's not the same room! They make both my children feel so safe and secure while in care! Management is so accommodating and make life easy!!
