Our 8month old has just started at Nido and we couldn’t be happier. He just loves all the staff and is so happy there. The communication is great and we feel reassured that he is in the best hands.

If I could give the service 0 stars I would! We had to recently pull our 2 children out of the service due to poor management and lack of staff.

My daughter has been attending Nido Ferntree Gully for three years, and we’ve had such a positive experience. The centre is spacious, modern, clean and welcoming, and the food always looks amazing.<br><br>The educators are caring, approachable and genuinely invested in the children. I’ve always felt supported and well looked after as a solo parent, which has meant so much to me over the years.<br><br>I also really appreciate the range of incursions and excursions they offer, which many other centres don’t seem to provide. Overall, we’ve been incredibly happy with our experience and feel very lucky to be part of the Nido community.

Nido early school ferntree gully are the best. So caring for our children. Special mention to the manager there Kate. Also so accommodating and an extremely nice person. We are definitely comfortable leaving our children in their care .

We’ve honestly had such a positive experience at this centre. The educators, and managers Kate and Sue have always been caring, professional and focused on what’s best for the children. I know every family’s experience is different, but ours has only ever been positive. The team genuinely care and you can feel that when you walk through the door. Kate and Sue are always warm and welcoming, and I really appreciate the chats at drop off and pick up — it makes the centre feel personal and connected rather than just somewhere you rush in and out of. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you can really see how much they care about the children and families. Our child has felt safe, happy and supported here, and we’ve always felt respected as a family too. We’re really grateful for everything the team does each day and for the care and education they provide. A special thank you as well to Gigi, Taylah, Jaz, Tash and Bella for the love and care they show the children every day.

What started out as two faultless years at Nido Ferntree Gully sadly ended with us removing our son from care. Concerns we raised were not properly managed or followed up by management, despite multiple attempts to address them. Once we gave notice, the atmosphere noticeably changed and we no longer felt welcomed as a family. It’s disappointing, because the educators themselves were wonderful and our experience in the early years was very positive. Unfortunately, the lack of support and communication from management ultimately outweighed that.

We started at Nido earlier this year and my daughter is really enjoying it. The staff are all lovely and caring and have made the transition as smooth as possible. A special shout out to Jaki, Chrissy, Bella, Danijela, Heather and 'Nana' for all their support 😊

Our son started at Nido in February and the transition could not have gone any smoother. His educators are awesome! They are so informative of how his day has been. Georgia and Tash have been so helpful and friendly in welcoming him. Not only has it made the transition easy for him, but also us. Highly recommend!

We have had the best time with Nido for the past 2.5 years we have never had anything bad to say about our experience our child has made great connections not only with the other children but a lot of the staff everyone’s always been so helpful. Jazz in particular has made such a huge impact on our child’s time there but also such a great impression on us she’s always super friendly to talk too always has great ideas of what and how the kids are going to learn and have fun with that day/week. Couldn’t recommend a this place enough !
