I have 3 kids who have all been at Guardian since they were all 8 months old (when it was still Petit). I cannot fault this daycare centre at all. The staff love my kids like their own and they all do such amazing jobs at nurturing the kid’s learning journeys. A special mention to Lucy, Rachel, Sienna, Allison, Mona and Bella who have such compassion for my kids and who care deeply about each and every child in their class. Hailey and Brooke lead their team with kindness and empathy and are always available to help at any time. Chrissy, Kira, Mikayla, Jacqui, and Gabby are all incredible too. Shona creates incredible, healthy meals for everyone too and is such a superstar. There are seriously too many amazing teachers to name. I highly recommend this beautiful centre and I will be forever grateful to every single educator who has been apart of my kid’s development.

My nephew and goddaughter both attend Guardian Springfield Central, and I can’t speak highly enough of the team! The office staff—Hailey, Brooke, and Kira—are always so welcoming, greeting everyone with a smile and creating such a positive atmosphere. All of the staff are incredibly helpful during both drop-offs and pick-ups, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It’s clear the team genuinely cares, and it makes such a difference for families. Highly recommend this beautiful centre!

We couldn’t be happier with Guardian Springfield Central! Our son has been attending since 2024, and from day one, everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. The care he receives is everything you could hope for—genuine, attentive, and full of warmth. As parents, it means so much to feel confident and at ease knowing he’s in such capable and caring hands. Guardian Springfield Central is incredible! Every single staff member is extremely caring and knowledgeable. They treat my children like their own, have incredible communication and are always so understanding. Their curriculum is always on point - I am amazed at what my children learn on a daily basis not to mention their incursions and thoughtful experiences all of the time. My children love coming here and so do I! With everything going on with daycares these days I can truly say that this is a daycare that is one on its own - the best!

This place really is such a hidden gem of a childcare. Our little boy goes there and he just loves it. We love the feeling of drop off and pick up being such a homely feeling because we know he has had a beautiful time with the educators and children there. All the educators are incredibly child centred and have so much care and support for each child, from baby to kindergarten. If you're looking for a place that feels like a little family for your cherub, this is the one!! 😊

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Guardian childcare. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. From day one, we felt welcomed and confident that our child was in safe and nurturing hands. The environment is clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that support learning through play. We’ve seen so much growth in our child’s confidence, social skills, and communication since starting here. The educators provide regular updates, which gives us peace of mind and helps us feel connected to our child’s day. We are so happy with this daycare centre, especially the nursery room. The staff consistently go above and beyond to meet and follow our child’s individual needs and routines, which gives us great peace of mind. The directors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Hailey, the centre director, truly goes above and beyond for our family. We recently learned the centre is rated Exceeding, and you can absolutely feel the quality and care as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

My son has been attending for 2.5 years now in pre Lindy and kindy and my infant daughter attending 6 months. The team have been so nuturing of both of my babies. The facilities they have are wonderful. The team has always been quick to communicate changes at the centre and progress or challenges. I appreciate everyone so much for what they do for our kiddies

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately the level of care my daughter received was not acceptable. I only found out she had fallen and hit her lip because I asked someone else to call and check on her. I was told the centre had “tried to call me”, yet I had no missed calls and wasn’t given an incident report at pick-up. Even after requesting the report, it was never a priority to be given to me or SIGN. The report later claimed I was contacted immediately, which simply wasn’t true. (Mind you I received the report a month later, the day i cancelled her enrolment.) The day I decided to pull her out, I picked her up at 4:30pm to find her last nappy change had been at 1:30pm. Her nappy was full and she had sand all through her nappy area. When I asked one of the educators how she could have sand in her nappy if she was wearing trackies her response was “Maybe she went in the sand pit?” 🥴 On that same day, I arrived to find her on an educator’s lap with a large piece of bark in her mouth. I removed it just before she could have swallowed it and choked! These repeated issues made it clear that supervision and basic care standards were not being met. I ended up withdrawing my daughter for her safety. This is my honest experience so other parents are aware.

My son loves attending Guardian Springfield Central. The staff and management team are wonderful.
