Supporting growing independence through engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• 3-Year-Old Early Learning Program
Designed to build confidence, creativity, and foundational skills through meaningful learning experiences.

• 4-Year-Old School Readiness Program
Preparing children for a confident transition to school by strengthening independence, communication, early literacy and numeracy, and lifelong learning skills.

Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition

At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.

Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.

Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

We are so grateful to the wonderful educators in Room 2 for helping our daughter settle into daycare.
The initial days were challenging due to her separation anxiety, but Moko, Ganga and Rinku were incredibly patient and helped her feel safe and comfortable.
They took the time to understand her behaviour and patterns and adapted their approach accordingly.

As a fussy eater, she also needed extra patience around food, and the educators continuously tried different ways to encourage her.

Their care, patience and understanding have made such a positive difference, and we are so happy to see her settled and enjoying daycare now.

A big thank you to Moko, Ganga, Rinku for supporting her journey.
We are also grateful to the admin staff for always being so polite and welcoming towards parents. ❤️

Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Room 2. The teachers Moko, Rinku and Ganga are caring, friendly, and supportive, and we really appreciate their efforts.allways get warm
Welcome.

One area that could use a little more attention is supervision, as there were four incidents within one week. We understand that small incidents can happen with children, but we feel a little extra attention and monitoring would help prevent them.

Overall, we are happy with the experience and hope this feedback helps make things even better.

I would recommend Aspire Truganina to everyone around me👍 it has been nearly a year my little one spends her day at this centre and every educator/staff has been lovely friends to my daughter so she settled so well. She would just run into the educators in the morning at drop off and leave me behind😅 She has recently transited to the toddler room and me and my daughter already miss the educators in baby room. And of course we are also very excited to engage with the friends and educators in a new environment🙂 Ganga, Moko and Rinku have been a full support the whole time and I can't thank more. Very engaging, supportive and great communication throughout the year🩷 And all educators and management staffs that I cant name all, they have been so lovely!
