Friendly staff. Great experience. Beautiful centre. Highly recommend.

Really hope they do checks on their van drivers for the kids, was just at the do it yourself car wash at pimpama city and got abused and bullied out of a car wash bay because old mate couldn’t choose a lane. 2mins after he followed me to to the lane blaring his horn and yelling another lane cleared up. Hope this isn’t the type of behaviour the kids of this facility see.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent care and communication we have received regarding our son. We made several requests for his nap schedule to be adjusted due to changes in his sleep needs at home. These requests were repeatedly ignored after several months, with staff insisting they knew what was in his best interest despite us being his parents and knowing his routine best. We were told he arrives at kindy “so tired because we don't let him sleep", which is simply not true. On days he is made to nap, he goes to bed much later, wakes throughout the night, and his overall sleep quality suffers. Rather than working with us to support a more consistent home routine, we felt dismissed and that our parenting choices were not respected. We were not asking for no nap entirely as we know they need to offer rest time but we wanted nap time limited and quiet activities supplied in this time. To make matters worse, shortly after voicing our concerns, the centre sent out a weekly newsletter to all families emphasising how important sleep is for children, which felt like a direct response to our private discussions. What made this even more inappropriate and upsetting was that they used a photo of our son headlining the article. It felt like a clear and deliberate dig at our family, and left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Due to all of this, we made the decision to withdraw our son from the centre. Now, we are being told there is an outstanding bill and that we will not receive our bond back until it is paid. After checking our Centrelink app and records, it’s clear the centre has incorrectly lodged payments. We have proof that we are not in arrears, we are owed money. Yet they are withholding our bond due to their own administrative error. On top of all this, the centre appears to be constantly understaffed. There is rarely a consistent chef, and educators are often pulled into kitchen duties. Most afternoons when I collect my son, his drink bottle is either empty or left out of reach, something that should never be overlooked. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this centre to other families. Our experience has been disappointing, disheartening, astressful and above all, it did not prioritise the wellbeing of our child

We’ve been going to Songbirds since they’ve opened. It’s been so wonderful, so accomodating and a family like feel. It’s nice leaving your children with a knowledgeable and caring team. Have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know.

What an amazing " home" feeling this centre has. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The best thing is, when dropping my granddaughter off, she's always happy. There is always time for a cuddle from her career. 💕

We are so glad we found Songbirds Pimpama. We were going through a bit of a tricky time in the previous kindy unfortunately and everyone at Songbirds was more than welcoming. Our little ones educators are very hands on, she settled in within one week, and she and her personality are just blooming again thanks to them (thanks Miss Jess!). The daily updates are fantastic, educators are always keen to talk about the day and the kids, and the consistent people at drop-off makes it easier as well (thanks Miss Emily and Mr Robert). Plenty of car parking, a few ways to get there to bypass traffic, secure and it's a newly built facility with its own car for kids play and water play. We just wish we knew about it sooner!

This family run daycare is such an amazing place. My kids love it, so of course I'm over the moon. They're professional, approachable and have answered every one of my (millions!) Of questions with kindness and authority. It's such a difficult decision handing over your babies to someone else to take care of, but Songbirds staff may as well be family. I can't speak highly enough. Thanyou!

Honestly can't recommend a better kindy! My little boy absolutely loves it at song birds. He walks in every morning with the biggest smile and runs to his room 😍 this is his second kimdy and the different in him is incredible! Makes me feel so at ease to drop him off. All the educators are absolutely amazing and Ash does such a fantastic job. Can't wait to watch him grow through all the rooms and prepare him for preschool
