Amazing facilities and all staff and educators were very friendly. Also the kitchen chef always plays and make creative dishes with the food and I could tell my kids were loving that and had a lot of fun during meal time!

As a dad, finding a daycare you genuinely trust with your kids is everything… and honestly, we’ve been incredibly lucky over the last 7 years. Watching all three of our kids grow through this centre has been amazing. The care, patience and genuine love the educators show isn’t something you can fake. Every single one of our children has felt safe, supported and excited to go each day. The communication has always been great, the environment is warm and welcoming, and you can tell the staff truly care about the kids like their own. From a father’s perspective, knowing your children are happy, learning and cared for while you’re working means more than words can explain. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our family over the years. We’ll always be grateful.

We honestly could not recommend Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary enough. Having all three of my children go through this daycare over the past 7 years has been such a huge part of our family journey, and I’m so grateful for the love, care, and support they’ve shown every single one of them. As a mum, leaving your children anywhere is one of the hardest things, but this centre has always felt like a second home. The educators genuinely care, the communication is amazing, and the environment they create for the kids is warm, safe, nurturing, and fun. Every child is treated as an individual, and you can truly feel how passionate the staff are about what they do. Over the years we’ve had so many beautiful memories here, and I honestly can’t thank the team enough for being part of our children’s lives and helping shape those early years in such a positive way. The centre itself is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and creates such a calm environment for little ones to thrive in. Our family has had such a beautiful experience with Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary. The centre itself is always clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully set up, with activities that actually engage the kids and support their development. What stands out the most for me is the communication and the genuine connection. You’re not just another family… you feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive, this is it. So grateful we found them 🤍

This centre doesn’t come across as very professional. Some of the staff in leadership roles are extremely young, which raises questions about the level of experience within the team. There are also staff in the facility wearing very heavy, stylised makeup and presenting in a way that feels quite informal for a childcare setting. Specifically excessive eyeliner and uncommon facial piercings. It just doesn’t give the level of professionalism and trust you’d expect when it comes to caring for children. Based on this, I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending my kids here.

I don’t know what my family would do without the support and care of the childcare team. Everyone is truly wonderful, always ready to help, always supportive, and we are incredibly grateful for each one of you. The team is amazing, always welcoming with a smile, and consistently outstanding in everything you do.
