My two kids have been going to First Academy for the past six months, and they settled in really quickly. The educators are so caring and empathetic, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child and their individual needs. The management team is very open and transparent, especially when it comes to fees and communication. We really appreciate the regular updates, parent educator interactions, and the way they involve families through meetings and festival celebrations, which makes the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. We also love that the meals are freshly prepared in-house rather than being pre-packed it gives us peace of mind knowing our kids are eating fresh food every day. Overall, we’re very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend First Academy to other parents looking for a caring and well-run childcare.

My daughter attended the childcare for more than 3.5 years which itself proves center's worth. The director Mr. Ray, coordinator Mr. Chris and educators madam like Shilpa, Aarti, Natalie, Sindhu, Preeti, Jess to take few name were really supportive and took care with full responsibility. It is worth sending the kids without second thought here. I highly recommend the childcare.

As my twin boys bid farewell to this Daycare after 1 wonderful years, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. We're absolutely delighted with First Academy Childcare and Preschool! Both my 4-year-old son and 6-month-old baby thrive in this wonderful centre. The staff are truly amazing - kind, caring, and incredibly receptive to each child's unique needs. The warm and nurturing environment has helped my 4-year-old blossom into a confident and curious learner, while my baby receives the gentle care and attention they need to feel secure and happy.
