I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this childcare centre is. My daughter only joined a few weeks ago, and she is so happy and absolutely loves her new school. She was actually the one who asked me to go there.<br><br>The care and support from the teachers, and the help we received from the director and Victoria, have been incredible. I truly recommend this place to every family who needs to leave their most precious little ones in someone else’s care.<br><br>They are truly amazing, and we feel very grateful to be part of this community.

I have a 17 mo old baby. BB5 has been souch better for him than our previous daycare. In the past, my boy was constantly getting sick, but is much healthier now at BB5.<br><br>BB5 staff like Ericka, Nita, Victoria, and many more, all care so much for my baby. I love that they have a "shoes off" policy for the baby room. It is just a small example of how diligent they are about health and wellness of the children they care for, our children.<br><br>Do I like the car park? No. Is everything else, all the important stuff truly exceptional? ABSOLUTELY!

We chose this centre mainly because it is bilingual, and we’ve been so happy to see Leah learning both English and Chinese at the same time. She started in the Baobao Room last December and has since moved up to the Lele Room. She is always happy to go and has lots of fun there.<br><br>Miss Chen, Miss Nita, Miss Mita and Miss Emma take such good care of her. They are patient, loving and attentive. The other educators and management team are also very friendly and welcoming.<br><br>The centre is clean and feels safe. We also really appreciate the regular updates on the app—her meals, naps and nappy changes are all clearly recorded, which gives us peace of mind. If anything comes up, the team always communicates with us promptly.<br><br>Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience and are very happy with our choice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Our son has been attending BB5 for the past 14 months, starting in the LeLe Room and now in the GuiGui class. It has been wonderful to watch him grow, make great friends, and look forward to going to BB5 every day. Seeing how happy he is gives us real peace of mind.<br><br>We chose BB5 because of its spacious outdoor play area and bilingual program, and it has truly exceeded our expectations.<br><br>A heartfelt thank you to all the caring and dedicated educators, especially Auntie Kelly, Auntie Victoria, Auntie Miranda, Auntie Christina ,Auntie Belinda, Auntie Emma, Auntie Chen Chen, Uncle Ken, Auntie Nita, Auntie Erika and Auntie Mita. We are especially grateful to the teachers who comfort him every morning at drop-off. Although he sometimes cries when we say goodbye, he often doesn’t want to leave at pick-up because he’s having so much fun!<br><br>We also really appreciate the daily photos and activity updates. My son has been at BB5 since not long after the centre first opened. He started in Bao Bao Room, then moved to Le Le Room, and is now in Guai Guai Room. It has been so lovely watching him grow through each room, and moving up with his little friends is just too cute!<br><br>One of the main reasons we chose BB5 was its open outdoor area. It is quite rare to find such a spacious and open outdoor space in a city childcare centre, as many centres in the city are more enclosed. We really appreciate that the children have space to play outside and enjoy some fresh air.<br><br>All the educators have been very caring and attentive. My son often talks about how much he likes Auntie Kellye, Auntie Victoria, Auntie Miranda, Auntie Belinda, Auntie Emma, Auntie Chenchen, Uncle Ken, and many others. He is always so happy here and tells me after childcare that he had a great day. A lot of the time, he does not even want to leave at pickup because he wants to stay and keep playing!<br><br>We also really appreciate the daily photo updates, which help us see how he is doing and what activities he has been involved in throughout the day, and the frequent routine updates give us a lot of peace of mind.<br><br>Of course, accidents can sometimes happen at childcare, but what matters most is how the centre responds. We have been happy with the way BB5 communicates and handles accidents when they occur.<br><br>Overall, we are very grateful to all the educators and staff at BB5 for taking such good care of our son. We are looking forward to seeing him move up to You You Room next year!

This is an amazing group of professionals who look after kids as their own. Aunty Christina and Aunty Miranda have been the most outstanding educators and help kids adjust to the environment in a very nurturing and supportive way. Kellye brings passion and experience that make the childcare centre feel like home. Victoria with her positive energy and smile gives sleepy kids an extra energy boost in the morning as well as making them feel welcomed from the moment they enter the center. Cleanliness, food variety, educational facilities and materials, kindness and hospitality by every educator are of top quality at this centre.
