Our children attend Frenchs Forest Early Learning Centre and absolutely adore their educators. What we appreciate most is how engaged and caring the team are. We receive regular updates throughout the day, and at pick-up, the educators always take the time to share how our children’s day went, which is so comforting as parents. We’re always greeted with smiles, and it’s clear the educators genuinely care about the children. We feel very grateful knowing our kids are in such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment.

We’ve had such a lovely experience with this childcare centre. The staff (which for us, is the most important part) are genuinely warm, caring, responsive, open and consistent. There’s a clear structure to the day, but also plenty of flexibility to follow the kids’ interests and needs. We’ve got kids in the baby and toddler room, and we love that there is still opportunity for them to see and play with each other. Overall, it just feels like a really warm and supportive environment, and I love that I have no mother’s guilt in leaving our kids there!

Fantastic centre with wonderful and caring staff. We recently moved to the area with our 2.5 year old and the staff did a great job helping our daughter adjust and flourish in her new environment.

My daughter is in the nursery room at FFELC and she absolutely loves it! She started at only 10 months old, which can be a very difficult time for both the mother and child, however, she was so happy to be dropped off each morning, making the transition going back to work so much easier for me as a first time Mum. The staff are excellent! Caring, energetic and so knowledgeable in understanding what each child needs. They really focus on developing the children's skills by a variety of activities. Painting, singing, dancing, reading.... each day you are updated with beautiful photos capturing the children laughing, so you know that they are in a safe and enjoyable environment. Even though you are updated throughout the day with photos, food intake and sleep times, the educators will always give you a run down at each pick-up, which is a lovely way to end the day. I think what really stands out for me is the communication with parents and the request for our feedback. They will always ensure that they meet the expectations of your child's individual needs. A big thank you to Sylvia the owner, Hannah the director and all the wonderful educators who have built a nurturing and educational place for us to leave our babies each day.

Our little boy has been attending there the last 2 Months. So far it has worked out perfectly. The staff are all highly approachable, caring and engaging. They use an app and give you regular updates and photos of your child which is very reassuring. The value for money is excellent. I would highly recommend this center.

This centre is absolutely amazing. My daughter started recently and she really likes her educator, Sharan, who always has a happy smile on her face. All the educators are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they greet us with a smile every day. Everything is included, which makes life so much easier for busy parents like us. Highly recommend this centre!

We have recently enrolled our 2.5yo son at FF ELC The staff are so kind and welcoming. Communication is great and the centre has so much room for activities both indoor and outdoor. We are very pleased with the centre so far and look forward to continuing our journey there.

This centre is absolutely amazing. My son always looks forward to coming here. All the educators are so friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. My son has been attending FFELC for almost six months now and I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful team. They are caring, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. The activities for the children at FFELC are varied and engaging - my son especially loves the football skills, worm farm and science experiments, and the centre itself is bright and clean, with lots of space for my son to run around and burn off energy. I also like that FFELC celebrate diversity, the children explore different cultural experiences and holidays. Importantly, there is also consistency in staff, meaning you are familiar with the people who are taking care of your child. I moved my son to FFELC from his previous daycare centre as I was concerned about the increasingly frequent staffing changes there and the lack of connection the majority of the educators had with him as a result. He also cried at every drop off despite having attended daycare at this centre since he was a baby. However, since starting at FFELC he has gone from crying and clinging to me at every drop off, to actually looking forward to daycare and running to the front door of FFELC in excitement in the mornings. Also if he ever does have a wobble, there is always a staff member there to comfort him. I would highly recommend FFELC to anyone in the area - it is a brilliant daycare centre and it has made a huge difference to my son's happiness.

We moved our kids from MindChamps and have been so impressed with ELC! Great space, lovely teachers and they all really care. So glad we moved.
