Integricare Northbridge (formerly Northside Baptist Preschool) has been providing high quality care and early learning for over 70 years. Catering to children from 3 to 5 years, the centre offers dynamic play-based learning programs that build essential school-readiness, whilst fostering curiosity, creativity and confidence.
The centre’s light and airy interiors feature natural elements including timber furniture and plants, while colourful rugs and cushions help create a comfortable and homely feel. The stimulating indoor program focuses on holistic development, including literacy and maths, science, art and music.
The beautiful outdoor space is made for adventure, with timber bridges, decks and balance beams, a boat, sandpits and age-appropriate climbing and play equipment. Educators keep a watchful eye as children explore and discover, honing important cognitive, motor and social skills as they play. The centre also has a wonderful garden where children can learn about nature and sustainability.

At Integricare Christian Preschool Northbridge, the team design and deliver holistic programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. The centre honours diversity and incorporates the use of first languages, cultural traditions and practices into centre programs.
Early learning

Preschool
The preschool focus is to build essential school readiness. The centre’s qualified teachers help children build and extend their language, literacy and numeracy skills, learn to be creative and develop independence, for a smooth transition to primary school.
Munch & Move
Educators follow the NSW Health Munch & Move program to support healthy eating and physical activity programs in the classroom.
Online learning
The centre provides a range of online resources for parents and families. These include information on play and learning, health and wellbeing, child development and Christian learning.

Integricare Christian Preschool Northbridge has a strong family focus and educators work in partnership with families to develop individually tailored programs. Parents are invited to discuss their children’s milestones, interests and needs at any stage.
Educators provide parents with a developmental portfolio for each child that documents their learning, interests and friendship groups. The centre also has a rich array of online resources and has an online parent portal where families can stay up to date with activities and events.
To further support families, the centre organises supported playgroups. This provides a structured and positive learning environment for children, and is a great way for parents to socialise and share their experiences.
Every supported playgroup is facilitated by trained early childhood and family support workers. The team can refer and link families to health and community services and the centre partners with specialist services where needed to give appropriate support.
The centre has Family Workers, who support families with children between the ages of 0 and 8 years. By conducting comprehensive assessments, Family Workers are able to help families identify their immediate needs, support them through a case management process, and provide a home or outreach visiting service for families.

Absolutely wonderful preschool! Couldn't ask for better, more caring educators. The Centre Manager, Christine, is incredibly hands on and personally involved with all of the kids and the parents. It is truly a community-minded centre with amazing communication, brilliant environment for the kids, lots of educational incursions and opportunities for engagement and just a wonderful place all around! It takes a load off as a parent to have complete confidence in the place that cares for your children. My boys come home happy and brimming with confidence and smiles and stories when I pick them up - I can't give any higher praise than that!!
