The best childcare we have ever had! My Story Child Care is amazing! The educators are warm, patient, and genuinely care about every child. The centre is clean, safe, and full of fun learning activities. My child is always excited to go and comes home happy. Unlike the franchise and council runned centers, the owners are on top of daily operations and always approachable for any questions the parents might have.It is the best decision we have made moving from the council childcare to My Story. Highly recommend to any family!

My Story Experiential Learning Belrose is an exceptional daycare. The staff are caring and nurturing, the out door play areas are age appropriate for the separate age groups and the food is better than what I eat at home. I have felt very lucky to not worry about the care of the children here, especially after reading so many horror stories of other places. I highly recommend this as a place for you to send your little loves and know they will be kept safe and be cared for.

Great facilities, outstanding staff, and excellent communication. They made the whole process so much easier for us as new parents dropping off our shy 12-month-old. We were pretty anxious, but they really looked after all of us. Can’t recommend them enough for peace of mind.

An absolutely amazing centre! The educators are always so welcoming and lovely. My daughter often asks to go to daycare here on the days she’s at home as she loves it so much. Chloe the director is so lovely and helpful, always hands on with the classrooms too which I think is a wonderful thing for the children, families and educators.

When we moved to the area a year ago we were hard pressed for child care options due to a lack of vacancies midway through the year. The previous child care franchise that then operated from these grounds were at least convenient and in close proximity to our eldest’s school. But from the get go we had such reservations about the operation of it; the welcome and atmosphere met with back then was opposite to what we experienced at other schools, as we moved around quite frequently. But we juggled so much at that time of settling into a new area, that we thought to give it just a moment’s chance, and hoped it would change over time. And indeed the educators did warm in their demeanours, and admin and feedback did improve, at least to make it feel like we had insights again into the all important care of our child. But with the purchase of the centre by Chloe and Anna, and the rebranding to My Story, they injected that genuine warmth of familial connections, and the inherent joy of parent-educators fulfilling their calling, and that of nurturing business owners. Over and above their professionalism they had also instilled a magical atmosphere, making learning again feel colourful instead of a chore, and more of a community than a franchise. We are very thankful to have had them as a part of our child’s story for the while she was with them.

A wonderful and warm environment. Anna, Chloe and staff helped me feel at ease with my 8 month old starting care at My Story. They helped to make this transition easy and stress free.
