Excellent educators, great centre, well maintained and run with lovely outdoor play area. Families are well supported and staff go above and beyond to accomodate the needs of each child :)

Fantastic centre and amazing staff!

Everyone is so nice, warm and welcoming! My daughter loves everyone there and always a nice and tidy environment for her. Keep up the good work guys!

I have noticed coming into the centre since august more positive vibes I am now greeted at the door by management who always checks on parents and staff I noticed a lot of staff seem happier I would 100% recommend this centre and would trust and love all staff.

We had our daughter attending Genius from when she was in nursery at the end of 2020. I had previously rated the centre 5 stars, and was so happy with the level of communication and the care and attention given to educators and parents alike. Modern facilities, and a huuuge outdoor area. I would still rate the wonderful educators and facilities this, however we have withdrawn our daughter this week mainly due to complete lack of management structure and area management support, leading to a high turnover of valuable staff. After the 3rd centre manager left in the space of just over a year, we decided enough was enough. Efforts to contact the Genius head office (in Melbourne) have been fruitless, with emails expressing my concerns going completely unanswered and the actual list of national management staff being near impossible to find, let along contact directly. Im heartbroken to take my daughter out of care at Genius and away from her friends and current educators, however I wasn’t willing to stay for fear of incidents occurring. A lot of work is needed to get it back to the standard it was a few years ago (for which most of these 5 star reviews were written). It breaks my heart, but I would no longer recommend Genius Hamilton Hill.

Poor staff retention over the last 2years, poor communication between management and headoffice in the Eastern states. Things happen quickly when they want but not so much when your trying to get answers. You can definitely tell that it's not WA owned. The facilities are modern and nice, but Alas too many issues have cropped up that should never have happened. Will not be returning my children here

Sadly what me and my partner thought was a good service was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this place at all.

Previously I would have rated the Genius Hamilton Hill centre, the manager and her team 5 stars. Everyone who worked here in the last 5 years have been incredibly supportive and accommodating. Both of my kids go to the centre regularly for day care, vacation care and now after school care. The centre is welcoming, modern and activities and teachers are so entertaining and valuable for the kids. I used to highly recommend Genius, however with new management finding ways to support the parents and families are less important than the limitations of procedures. I am deeply disappointed.

My son went to Genius for several years as a 2-3year-old. He enjoyed it so much and he was thriving amongst a group of good kids. Unfortunately had to move but he still thinks as Genius as his “main school”. So many lovely educators and such an easy process getting him in and comfortable.

We have been at Genius Childcare now for 18 months. My Daughter has always loved attending daycare here and has made a really nice group of friends. The centre encouraged us to connect as parents and that was great. Centre Managers have always been really great at keeping us up to date with information or accommodating last minute urgent bookings. We have had closer daycare centres open near us but I wouldn't look into changing centres. Thanks Guys 😀
