Happy valley is by far the most beautiful daycare I have sent my children to. They team there are wonderful and the standard of care and service is above all others. Ari is the baby room is the baby whisperer. She is an exceptional carer and my son adores her. Sally the centre manager is genuine and caring. I would recommend happy valley to anyone

I’d like to share my very positive experience with Happy Valley Early Learning. My baby started at the childcare at just 10 months old, and in only one month I can already see an incredible improvement in her development. She’s become much more confident, is more comfortable in the environment, and it’s clear how much she enjoys being there. Being around other babies her age has really helped her develop new skills and interact more. I’d also like to highlight the care and kindness of Arian and the entire Happy Valley team. I always feel at ease knowing my baby is being very well looked after in such a warm and safe environment.

I’ve had the pleasure of working regularly with this centre, running weekly music incursions, and it’s such a positive, welcoming environment every time I visit. The staff are consistently warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to both the children and their families. There’s a real sense of care in the way they interact, and it’s clear the team has been very intentionally chosen — that consistency really shows. The children are happy, settled, and feel safe, which is always the best indicator of a great early learning environment. While some of the rooms are on the smaller side, the space is used thoughtfully and effectively to support the children’s learning and play. From both a professional perspective and as a parent, I would feel very confident knowing a child was in such a caring and secure place.

Both of my children attend Happy Valley and they couldn’t be happier. The environment is so calm and nurturing and all of the educators take such good care of the children. My children’s main educators, Amina, Arian and Srijana are absolutely wonderful and the centre managers, Sally and Christine, are always so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Happy Valley Early Learning Centre has been absolutely phenomenal for our son. From the moment we joined the centre, we have felt genuinely welcomed, supported, and part of a caring community. The level of support, learning, and care provided is second to none. The educators are incredible — warm, patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in each child’s development. It’s so clear that they care deeply about the children and take pride in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. We have seen such positive growth in our son, both socially and developmentally, and it gives us complete peace of mind knowing he is in such capable and loving hands every day. We are honestly blown away by the staff, the programs, and the overall culture of the centre. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Happy Valley community and cannot recommend this centre highly enough to other families. I have both of my children attending Happy Valley, from the baby room all the way through to kinder. The team has always made their transitions smooth, ensuring every child feels included and cared for. My son has a hearing impairment, and everyone at the centre has been incredibly supportive and accommodating. Arian in the Baby Koala room, in particular, helped both of my children settle into childcare beautifully. The centre offers a wide range of engaging activities, including lots of messy play, incursions, and excursions. The educators always keep great hygiene, dirty clothes are changed promptly and packed neatly for parents to wash, and bottles are rinsed and handled carefully. Overall, I’ve always felt confident that my children are in a safe, nurturing, and happy environment at Happy Valley.

Thank you to all the amazing staff at happy valley for the last 3 years. My little boy started when he was only 7 months old and straight away he formed the strongest relationships and bonds with all the educators and his friends. The educators go above and beyond to make their learning experience enjoyable, safe and comfortable. Both of my kids loved be there and I felt my children were always getting the best care and learning so much. We have moved interstate now so we had to leave and saying goodbye was very difficult and we will always keep in touch. We’ve been at Happy Valley for a bit over a year now and couldn’t be more impressed. Our oldest son attended multiple daycares due to issues with respecting dietary needs, communication, quality of curriculum and high turnover of staff. Not once have we doubted our decision to send our youngest to Happy Valley. The staff are passionate and loving, the curriculum is engaging, inclusive and meaningful, and they respect and acknowledge a diverse range of cultures, family structures and individual needs. Sri provides an exciting, nutritious and creative menu and the communication from Danielle and Christine, the centre managers, as well as the educators, is very thorough and consistent. We love Happy Valley!

We have been at Happy Valley ELC since the start of 2021, despite moving house since then and it not being the closest childcare centre for us, we have continued to send our kids there because of the friendly and dedicated team of educators and staff. Both my kids have thrived there and always look forward to going to Happy Valley. They have a fantastic program of incursions, group time, plenty of free play and outside time throughout all their rooms. Don't be put off by the location near the North East Link construction, once you're inside it's hardly noticeable and the older kids in the upstairs rooms love watching the construction, it's actually a great learning opportunity.
