I have both of my children attending Happy Valley, from the baby room all the way through to kinder. The team has always made their transitions smooth, ensuring every child feels included and cared for. My son has a hearing impairment, and everyone at the centre has been incredibly supportive and accommodating. Arian in the Baby Koala room, in particular, helped both of my children settle into childcare beautifully. The centre offers a wide range of engaging activities, including lots of messy play, incursions, and excursions. The educators always keep great hygiene, dirty clothes are changed promptly and packed neatly for parents to wash, and bottles are rinsed and handled carefully. Overall, I’ve always felt confident that my children are in a safe, nurturing, and happy environment at Happy Valley.

Thank you to all the amazing staff at happy valley for the last 3 years. My little boy started when he was only 7 months old and straight away he formed the strongest relationships and bonds with all the educators and his friends. The educators go above and beyond to make their learning experience enjoyable, safe and comfortable. Both of my kids loved be there and I felt my children were always getting the best care and learning so much. We have moved interstate now so we had to leave and saying goodbye was very difficult and we will always keep in touch. Thank you again for all the support and love over the years 🥰I would highly recommend Happy valley to anyone and wish you all the best for the future.

We’ve been at Happy Valley for a bit over a year now and couldn’t be more impressed. Our oldest son attended multiple daycares due to issues with respecting dietary needs, communication, quality of curriculum and high turnover of staff. Not once have we doubted our decision to send our youngest to Happy Valley. The staff are passionate and loving, the curriculum is engaging, inclusive and meaningful, and they respect and acknowledge a diverse range of cultures, family structures and individual needs. Sri provides an exciting, nutritious and creative menu and the communication from Danielle and Christine, the centre managers, as well as the educators, is very thorough and consistent. We love Happy Valley!

We have been at Happy Valley ELC since the start of 2021, despite moving house since then and it not being the closest childcare centre for us, we have continued to send our kids there because of the friendly and dedicated team of educators and staff. Both my kids have thrived there and always look forward to going to Happy Valley. They have a fantastic program of incursions, group time, plenty of free play and outside time throughout all their rooms. Don't be put off by the location near the North East Link construction, once you're inside it's hardly noticeable and the older kids in the upstairs rooms love watching the construction, it's actually a great learning opportunity.

My daughter has attended Happy Valley for just over a year. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and feels like a home away from home. I have seen my daughter grow in confidence and form strong relationships with the educators. I would definitely recommend Happy Valley for local families looking for care.

We love Happy Valley and can't recommend it enough. The staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful. While our three year old has struggled with the move to kindergarten, the HV staff have done all they can to make this move as comfortable as they can for her. As they are located on the Main road, whenever we drive past, she always get excited - yelling out and happily pointing. The current roadworks only make it more exciting to see all the big trucks 🚚

The staff at Happy Valley have always made time to listen to our children's wants and needs. We have 3 children right from the baby room through to kinder at HV and have been attending for 4yrs, I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else, several center's have popped up nearer to home but we've stayed as the children love it and the staff are fantastic. The ongoing roadworks may seem big and disruptive but my children have LOVED being able to see the big trucks and have also learned so much, we'll be here for many years to come.

Awesome childcare!!! My kids had to move from other childcare to Happy Valley within a week of time and they been attending this childcare for 2-3 months now. This is the best decision we took for our kids' care. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They really take care of kids' needs. End of the day they give detail brief as well. Every morning my kids' are now excited to go to childcare rather than throwing tantrums. Even on weekend my 3years old would ask "can I go to Happy Valley?" What else do you want as a parent!!!

My family has been coming to Happy Valley since early 2020 and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Super caring and helpful staff and a lovely community feel. Very happy with the service.

I cannot speak highly enough of this AMAZING centre. I am absolutely blown away. My son goes there happily and doesn't want to leave. He comes home so happy. The rooms are immaculate. The food is healthy, delicious and varied. Sri is a wonderful chef. The facilities are excellent. The carers are phenomenal. I can't speak highly enough of Haeleey, Tamara, Christine, Janine and Wei. They really care for the children and are truly wonderful at what they do! Danielle the centre manager is EXCELLENT, always kind, helpful and lovely. However, what really makes this centre is Charlee. She is an absolute gem. Charlee assists with managing the centre and is everywhere. She knows each child by name and always helps in each room, in some capacity (as is Danielle). Charlee is always HELPFUL, positive, smiling, happy and reassuring. Charlee is the reason we signed up my son in the first place. I am so glad I followed community reviews and sent my son here. The best centre! Thank you for everything that you do for my son and our family. ❤️
