⸻ I am currently completing my childcare placement at Montessori Merrylands, and I am having a very positive experience. The centre provides a warm, welcoming, and well-organised environment that is ideal for learning and professional development. All the staff members, including the supervisors, room leaders, and educators, are incredibly kind, supportive, and approachable. They are always willing to guide me and take the time to explain every task thoroughly. I have never felt hesitant to ask questions, as everyone is open, patient, and generous with their knowledge. The educators demonstrate excellent care and attention towards the children, ensuring a safe and nurturing atmosphere at all times. I am learning a great deal from their professional practices, and I feel very grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring team. Overall, Montessori Merrylands has been a wonderful place for my placement, and I truly appreciate the support and learning I am receiving here.
