Conveniently located in a family-friendly residential area close to local primary schools, our Merrylands Early Learning Centre offers an inspiring, well-resourced learning environment for children aged six weeks to five years old.
Our Merrylands childcare centre is one of our many childcare centres in Western Sydney including Mays Hill childcare centre, Guildford childcare and our Westmead childcare facility.
The seamless indoor/outdoor learning environments have been designed to stimulate children’s cognitive development, creativity and coordination skills.
Guided by a passionate team of educators, children can choose from engaging indoor learning stations, quiet zones for rest and reflection, and a dynamic outdoor learning environment, including a designated outside area for infants (0-2 years).
Children are encouraged to explore and enjoy nature in our outdoor learning environment, which includes a wide range of equipment and resources to inspire imaginative play, teamwork and gross motor skill development. Highlights include a large sandpit, cubby house, bike track, and worm farm to build their understanding of nature and sustainability.
Children up to age three participate in the tailored Evolution Program, while those between three and five join the Transition to School Program.
The on-site cook prepares five healthy meals and snacks every day for the children to enjoy, and all nappies and wipes are included. Cot linen provided (excludes stretcher bed linen).
A car park is conveniently located outside the entrance to the centre for safe and secure drop-off and pick-up.

We’ve developed our unique Nutrition Program in collaboration with a qualified nutritionist. This program is designed to help children understand the importance of healthy eating, hygiene, and physical activity. We encourage children to actively participate in meal preparation and serving, fostering a hands-on approach to learning about nutrition.
Our carefully crafted seasonal menu, which rotates every four weeks, is designed to meet 50% of your child’s daily nutritional requirements. It includes a variety of nourishing foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fish, chicken, dairy products, and more, ensuring children receive a balanced diet that supports their growth and development.

My son has gone from nursery to preschool at this centre, and we’ve loved every step. I especially want to mention Maya — she’s been there forever and is always her bubbly, kind self. Now my daughter is attending, and she’s settled in so quickly. She absolutely loves it! I have no stress dropping my kids off; I always feel relaxed and have no worries. Kalpana, the Centre Manager, is amazing. I’ve known this centre to have managers come and go, but it looks like they’ve finally found the right fit. Kalpana is truly wonderful and they’re lucky to have her at the centre.

As parents of twin boys,Vini and Vici, we couldn’t be happier with the care, attention, and dedication shown by the educators every single day. The environment is warm, nurturing, and full of learning opportunities. A special callout to the educators for the effort they’ve been putting into getting the kids school-ready — we were genuinely surprised (and proud!) when our boys wrote their names on a piece of paper all by themselves recently. It’s moments like that which remind us how much they are learning and growing thanks to the wonderful support at the centre.
