Great centre in Emu Heights

Little Emu Academy has been such a positive experience for our family. The care and attention the team gives every child is truly heartwarming. Louise, Summer, and Karlee go above and beyond every day — they’re warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Louise’s calm and nurturing approach makes the kids feel so safe and supported. Summer brings such fun and creativity to every activity — my child is always excited to tell me about what they did with her! And Karlee has a beautiful way of connecting with the children and families, making everyone feel part of a community. We’re so grateful for the love, learning, and laughter Little Emu Academy provides. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a centre that truly cares.

Great school with wonderful teachers. The staff really care about the kids and make learning fun. Sunny, Rochelle, Karlee and Monika go above and beyond to help you and your family everyday.

Our daughters went here for after-school care, and we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly loves what they do. The kids were always engaged with creative activities, outdoor play, and lots of social time—which they absolutely loved.

We've had such a positive experience with little emu. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child's development and well-being. Our child looks forward to going every day, which says everything! The activities are thoughtfully planned, the environment is clean and safe, and we get regular updates and photos through their app. We’ve noticed amazing growth in our child’s social skills, language, and confidence since starting here. A big thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and supportive space. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will be truly cared for and thrive.

Both my grandson and my second son attended, and they each had the best time. The staff are kind, caring, and truly go above and beyond to make every child feel welcome and supported. The environment is fun, safe, and full of enriching activities that kept them both engaged and excited to go every day. It's clear that the team at Little Emu Academy really cares about the kids and their development. I'm so grateful for the positive experiences my family has had here — we couldn't be happier!

Little Emu Academy is a fantastic childcare centre. The staff are caring, friendly, and really great with the kids. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe and the outdoor area is beautiful. Communication is always clear and the team genuinely cares. Highly recommend:)

Unfortunately, this centre does not appear to be inclusive of children with disabilities. In our experience, families of children with additional needs are unlikely to be offered a place on the waitlist.
