We couldn’t be happier with Little Zak’s Penrith! Our daughter has been attending for the past six months, and the care and attention she receives are exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and well-being. A special shout-out to all the educators in the Voyagers room! The centre provides a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The diverse range of activities, from creative arts to outdoor play, keeps my daughter engaged and excited about daily learning. Since joining, we've noticed a significant improvement in her social skills and confidence. Communication is excellent. They keep us informed about her daily progress and milestones through an app. We highly recommend Little Zak’s to any parent seeking quality childcare!

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful experience we had at this childcare centre. From the moment I enrolled my daughter, I felt completely supported and reassured that she was in the best hands possible. The centre is not only welcoming and well-organized, but the staff is exceptionally caring and dedicated to the children's growth and well-being. A special mention goes to Mel, the director, who truly went above and beyond. Her warmth, professionalism, and commitment to creating a nurturing environment made all the difference. She was always available to talk, offering guidance and genuinely caring about our daughter's development. It was clear from the beginning that Mel fosters a positive and inclusive atmosphere where both children and parents feel valued. My daughter blossomed in her time there, and I’m incredibly grateful to Mel and her team for their support. On behalf of the Barringtons: Like our second family, our second home. They take so much pride in everything they do and they take care of our Luka, Luisa and Locky like their very own. Mel, our Mel mel works so hard to ensure the safety, wellbeing and happiness of the children. Bec helps our Locky grow and makes him giggle all the time. Lauren, Lauryn and Katelyn are our favourite girls upstairs and show so much love to our Luka and Luisa. Anytime we have questions or need anything they’re always right there, and so enthusiastic and sweet. Truly appreciate them and grateful for them.

Little Zaks at Penrith is new and has only been open since June. We started the opening week and as I predicted we have had some staff movement and teething issues but nothing that has been horrific or not understandable. Mel the director has been working tirelessly around the clock to ensure any movement within the centre hasn’t disrupted the kids fun and learning. She’s also incredibly approachable and understanding. You can see how hard she works, always on the floor supporting her team. From the get go we picked our little person up with their older siblings who doesn’t attend and Mel learnt his name and greets him with kindness everytime. She’s always got a smile on her face. The facilities are great my little person loves the out door play and experiences she has in the class rooms. She’s made loads of friends and when we pull up she literally says “yay school!” Which says a lot to me! There will always be some things that aren’t perfect but I think this is with every daycare. I can say a lot feels right at Little Zaks Penrith and we are so glad we moved from our old day care to this one. If the first four months we have gotten here I can’t wait to see the school blossom over the coming months and years as it becomes more established. Great work Mel you are incredible and wonderful and as a parent I have trust in you! Great work team for your support to Mel and the school moving g and changing with the momentum of opening and finding its feet. You’re all doing a great job.

We moved our son to Little Zak's in June and we are really impressed with the team of educators. Mel is a superstar who has done a great job opening the centre and working out any natural teething issues. So far all the staff I have met are super friendly and welcoming. We feel included in our sons day which is so important to us and he seems to enjoy his time at preschool. Thanks for your hard work team!

We have been at the centre since it opened. Both the staff and the director Mel go above and beyond for not only the children but the families as well. Communication is really good on pickups and drop offs and the educators are always willing to answer any questions. As it is my sons first time in daycare drop offs were hard in the beginning and the educators and director did everything they could to help. After only a few weeks drop offs are no longer an issue and I truely believe it is because of how hard the staff worked to make him feel comfortable I couldn’t be happier and Highly highly recommend the centre.
