I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Creative Learning and Play. From the very beginning, the staff have been absolutely incredible — professional, caring, kind and genuinely invested in the children and families they look after.<br><br>Every time I drop my daughter off or pick her up, it feels less like walking into a daycare centre and more like coming home to family. The educators know my daughter so well and genuinely treat her like one of their own. They know her personality, her cheekiness and all the little things that make her who she is.<br><br>One of my favourite things is being able to share the chaos that comes with raising young children. Anyone with a two-year-old knows how funny, exhausting and completely unpredictable the “terrible twos” can be, and it’s so nice to be able to have a laugh with the educators about my daughter’s latest bit of cheekiness or craziness. It makes the relationship feel so much more personal and real.<br><br>What has also meant a lot to me is the support I’ve received as a parent. After the educators became aware that I had been going through some difficulties in my personal life last year, they made a genuine effort to check in on me personally and continued to do so over time. Those little check-ins have meant more than they probably realise. It really shows that they care about the whole family, not just the child in their care.<br><br>They have also always done their best to accommodate our family when we’ve needed extra care. During school holidays they have helped me book my older daughter in when needed, and they have also been incredibly flexible with my daughter’s bookings, moving days around or fitting in extra days when I’ve needed them. That flexibility and willingness to help has made life so much easier and is something I really appreciate.<br><br>The centre has also been undergoing renovations recently and it is looking absolutely amazing. You can really see the care, effort and pride being put into creating a beautiful and welcoming environment for the children.<br><br>There are very few places where you can leave your child and walk away feeling completely comfortable and supported, but that is exactly how Creative Learning and Play makes me feel.<br><br>We feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Creative Learning and Play family, and I couldn’t recommend the centre and its wonderful educators highly enough. ❤️

My boys 2 boys (2 years and 8 months) have just started casually. They have only been left with immediate family before so I was nervous to leave them in a daycare centre for the first time. As soon as I met & talked to the staff, I felt put at ease. They were so friendly and supportive. My boys were comforted and happy for their stay and when I picked them up they were happy. I was informed of their time there and felt reassured. I feel a lot more comfortable to leave them now.

I do not recommend this centre at all for a number of reasons, such as failing to comply with guidelines and notify of incidents, one being over 3 weeks late. Child coming home in other kids nappies despite being sent with 6 nappies a day and nappies still in bag on pick up. Child always came home dirty, no care to wipe face when needed. Clothing lost. Rooms lack age appropriate resources for children, paint seems to be the only resource used to occupy children In reply to your comment. We did not attend for over a year we were enrolled 10months. I have email thread evidence of contact with you in regards to a late report where it was stipulated there was a number of reports in drafts that were directed to be finalised. Internet wasn't the issue. No verbal communication was given on the date of incident either. I had raised concerns over issues I had, but I understand you are trying to save face after a number of children have been pulled from the service.

My little one has cystic fibrosis I have been very anxious leaving him with others but the second i walked into the daycare all the staff jumped to accept and learn about this disease. The one day a week he goes i feel confident he is well looked after. The staff all go above and beyond for all the children and their families best daycare

The team here is truly wonderful — warm, caring, and always ready to help with genuine kindness and respect. They’ve built a beautiful environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore the world with curiosity and joy. It’s amazing to see how happy and confident the children are each day! The educators’ love, patience, and dedication in everything they do create wonderful environments. Here’s a place filled with heart, positivity, and inspiration for little minds to grow and shine. 🌸

Kyra and Nic have been absolutely amazing in our transition into care. So supportive kind and friendly. Kyra is so easy to talk to and Nic is absolutely amazing kind and caring!

10/10 would reccomend CLP to other families. I have a little boy who is mostly non-verbal with Autism and I have struggled to find a daycare that is supportive and sensitive to my sons needs- until I found CLP. This Centre is fantastic because it is family run and you get a personal experience, your child is not treated like a number and your voice is heard and respected. The owner is always available for a chat and the staff are fantastic! It's the type of place where they will whip up a Birthday cake last minute for your child's Birthday. Any feedback or requests I have given have always been listened too and actioned promptly. They cater to my sons sensory needs and my son is always happy to attend daycare as they have created a safe space for him 😊

I am URGING parents please DO NOT send your children here. This centre has been reported multiple times this year and I hope it gets closed down so children don’t keep getting exposed to unsafe care 💔<br><br>I had left a review last year and by March this year I withdrew my daughter due to ongoing concerns, incident reports not being completed(severe biting) screens being used to watch movies instead of caring for the children as staff are meant to. But the most alarming concern was the health issues - I picked my daughter up and her nappy was that soaked it had leaked through her denim overalls the educator did not offer to check instead sat down & simply said ohh I’m not sure if it’s her water bottle or she’s wet. When I went across to the park to have our fish & chips I checked my daughter & her nappy was not only heavily wet but also soiled! This is an ongoing issue at this centre not meeting children’s basic hygiene needs. My daughter also got severely sick a few times & I have major concerns that basic mopping with appropriate sanitation and cleaning of the surfaces/rooms each day are not being met which I reported to ECUR.<br><br>I have worked in daycares before and this is absolutely shocking what is going on at this centre and the offer to reduce fees when concerns are bought to attention as an attempt to sweep it under the rug because none of the issues since I withdrew my daughter have been addressed yet only worsened. With now issues of doors not being secured appropriately for the children’s safety.<br><br>Thankfully my daughter is at an amazing centre now with very high standards and it just breaks my heart & angers me that the management continue to practise unsafely and put young children at risk.

I could not recommend Creative Learning and Play enough. My son absolutely loves going here and seeing updates during the day from the centre of my son smiling, laughing during his day makes me feel so much more relaxed. Even when I moved out of the area for a while I still kept my son in this daycare as I’m extremely happy with all the educators there. Thank You to the educators at Creative Learning and Play for making my sons daycare journey a safe, happy and relaxed place for him to develop.

Our son VR has been there since he was 6 months old back in 2021, and he grew a lot, made friends and the staffs are great. Appreciated the efforts.. big thanks to: Kyra, Naomi, Marika, Rhi, Brooke and all other who helped in his journey.
