My kid went to this childcare few years ago. Everything went well at the beginning . Some educators we love them, They did amazing job. But after few months, I just found out my kid started refusing to go there. She's quite kid. I tried to talk to the educator. Every educator gave me this positive feedback until one day I picked up my kid earlier than normal. I went inside the blue class around 4:45 and only 1 teacher with 17 kids there and I couldn't see my kid. I looked around she's been put on the chair -stacking high and she couldn't come down. She was 2 and half years old. So, I asked the educator and she just looked at me didn't say anything. I made a complain but the management disappointed me. They just say one of the teacher went in the kitchen. The teacher couldn't explain how a 2 and half years old girl can climb on that high. No photographs were taken as evidence so all I could do just leave
the center. I decided to tell about my experience today is not to say that I am commenting on whether this is good or bad, just want to share my experience as a reference. After all, the quality of the educators is the most important aspect of a Childcare.
Dear Georgina,
Thank you for your response. As an early childhood educator and a parent, I want to clarify that the incident I previously mentioned did indeed occur with my own child. Although several years have passed, I still remember the details clearly, including the time and the teacher’s name.
While I acknowledge that many staff members have since changed, I feel it is important to ensure that such incidents are recognized and addressed. My intention is not to disparage the centre as a whole, but to emphasize that the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of children must always be the top priority for both families and educators.
I hope that sharing my experience serves as a constructive reminder and contributes to maintaining the highest standards of care. I would appreciate your acknowledgement of this matter and your continued commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children at your centre.

Dear A C,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take all feedback very seriously, however, we are unable to verify the details of this incident as it dates back several years and does not align with our records or current practices.
Our centre follows strict regulations and compliance standards, including required educator-to-child ratios and safety procedures, to ensure all children are cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. Any concern raised by a parent is always thoroughly investigated, as the wellbeing of the children entrusted to us is our highest priority.
We are very proud of our dedicated team of educators and the quality of care we continue to provide. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we invite you to contact us directly so we can address them in detail.
Kind regards,
