The worst service known to man! My child was left in a nappy for 8 hours, not once, but twice whilst attending this centre.

However, we’re surprised to hear about this incident as we don’t have any record of you making a complaint in our feedback system. Each service, including Kid’s Bridge, keeps a log of nappy changes throughout the day in accordance with our strict nappy change policy. Next time you’re at the service, we’d be happy to show you this log for the days in question. We want to make sure you and your child have the best possible experience at Kid’s Brigade.
