I cannot recommend The Family Tree Daycare in Aubin Grove highly enough! Both of my boys have attended this wonderful centre, and it’s with a heavy heart that we’re withdrawing our youngest from the nursery due to a house move that will take us too far away. Ai Xin and Peta, who lead the centre, are absolutely incredible, and their leadership shines through in every aspect of the daycare. The educators at The Family Tree have been nothing short of amazing. They always greet my boys by name, regardless of whether they’re primarily in their rooms or not, which truly shows their commitment to early education. The centre maintains high standards of safety and care, and the rooms are beautiful, welcoming spaces that are perfect for children. It’s clear that every educator loves children, and this love is evident in the exceptional daily care they provide. We are so thankful for the wonderful 3 years we’ve spent at The Family Tree. It’s a special place that has given us peace of mind knowing our kids are in such good hands. We will miss it dearly! 🤍🤍🤍

Our son had a wonderful experience at Family Tree! The educators are warm, caring, and truly invested in the children's well-being. He always looked forward to his time there, and it was heartwarming to see him grow and thrive in such a nurturing environment. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe and happy. We're grateful for the love and dedication they put into their work. Highly recommend!

I have an unpleasant experience here. Maybe it was good few years ago. I have been living in this suburb for years, but I have never been The Family Tree. Recently, I am looking for childcare centres for my child. Google reviews say that this pre-kindy is good. That’s why I make an appointment for a visit. However, they are under staffed and not organised. When I come to the centre, literally teaching staff just ignores me. Finally, a lady from kitchen walks passed and helps me to get someone for me. Personally, I feel they are not friendly.

Aubin Grove is a unique purpose built centre, licensed for 77 children per day, rated by ACECQA as exceeding. With 5 rooms that cater for ages from 0 – 5 years, the service prides itself on having staff additional to ratio requirements therefore not having to use relief staff unfamiliar to the children.
